"Where is your house," asked Levi as they were walking for the past 10 minutes.
"You will see and when you see you are going to be surprised," Mello assured.
After walking for another 10 minutes they stood before a huge mansion.
"Don't tell me..." Levi gasped.
"Are you serious? Do you live here?" Daisy asked.
'Come inside you will know," Mello replied.
The huge door opened and they were greeted by a bunch of servants who escorted them to the upper floor where Mello's parents were sitting.
"Come in, come in, how are you doing Mello?" her dad asked.
"Are they your friends?" her mom inquired.
They look like nice people and on top of that, I never knew Mello was from a rich family. I feel bad for making her suffer with me.
"I feel inferior," Daisy whispered.
"Me too," Levi replied.
"So, how have been your past few months? You should visit your parents once in a while," her mom said.
"I'm having fun with my new team, they all are nice people," Mello responded.
She is lying!
"Mello, there is good news for you," she said.
"What is it?" she asked excitedly.
"Your mom and I have found a perfect suitor for you to marry."
All four of them were shocked.
Who marries at 19? Maybe things work differently in this world.
"WHAT?" Mello shouted.
"It might be a surprise for you," her mom said with a smile.
"He will come to visit tonight, get ready," her dad said.
Mello screamed while the three of them looked at her.
"Till then, Mello show your friends around."
*
The four of them came outside and strolled in the garden. Nobody spoke a word.
"What happened? you look sad," Levi said in a low voice.
"Are you serious, didn't you hear what my parents said?" Mello scolded him.
"If you don't like then you can reject… right?' Hina asked.
"Girls in our family don't receive the right to call. I ran away from home to become an adventurer and start a new life but I thought they might have changed, my hopes are shattered," Mello replied.
This is the first time I saw her this serious.
"So, what are you gonna do?" Levi asked.
"Mello, your parents might have found a suitable partner for you; handsome, rich, caring, unlike Levi. Your life will be set," Daisy cheered.
"Why do you girls always have to make fun of me?" Levi shouted.
"But I won't be able to go on adventures, I would lose all my freedom," Mello replied.
"You don't want to get married right?" Levi asked.
"…Yes," Mello replied.
"What about you girls?" he asked Hina and Daisy.
"Well, she is young and should enjoy her freedom," Hina replied.
"I agree," Daisy supported.
"Then simply I have a solution. Mello do something which will make the guests go crazy… of course in a bad way. Keep doing it until you find a suitable partner," Levi suggested.
"Are you mad? She can't destroy her family reputation," Daisy scolded him.
"Well, I'm open to ideas, do you guys have any?" Levi asked.
After talking for a while, they couldn't come to a conclusion.
"There's no point in talking now, we will see what we have to do," Levi said yawning.

THAT EVENING
The whole mansion was well decorated and a pleasant smell was coming from the kitchen.
"Look Mello, the people you are going to meet now are high-class people. I expect you to talk properly to them, I expect your hundred percent obedience," her dad ordered.
"Like I care," she replied unbothered.
She looks beautiful in this dress.
"Listen child, we are doing this for you, don't let us down," her mom made her understand.
The three of them stood behind her and paid full attention. After waiting for half an hour the guests finally arrived. They got down from their well-decorated horse cart and walked inside with a prideful look.
NARRATOR: This looks fun! Let's see what happens
There were a total of 4 people. The parents and their two children.
"Please, come in," Mello's dad greeted them.
They introduced themselves.
So, this guy's name is Rett? Hmmm, nice name.
"This is your daughter?" Rett's mom gave a dissatisfied look.
What's wrong with them?
"And who are those people behind her?" she asked again.
"They are my friends," Mello replied.
"Hi," Levi waved his hand at them. They simply ignored him.
What the hell? This kills the little self-esteem I have remaining.
"So, what are your opinions?" Mello's mom asked in a low voice.
They started talking among themselves and again faced the guests.
"Well, what do you think, Ratt?" his mom asked. He looked at her and again turned his gaze towards his mom. "No problem, she's ok."
"My son has agreed, we have no objection to taking her in our family."
'Wait, what? Won't nobody ask her opinion?" Levi spoke during the discussion.
"What do you mean? Girls are supposed to obey their elders and do what they are told," Rett's mom said, looking at Levi.
"And I reject that. She's my friend and I accept her as equal to men," Levi replied.
"Get out!" Rett's mom shouted.
"What? You can't do that?" Mello stood up from her seat.
"I said get out," she shouted.
NARRATOR: This is getting messier which means even more fun. Let's wait and watch.
