Chapter 54 - End Of Summer Break

"Hamsyar where have you been? Don't you know young master will be coming home today," Ghaffar said at his son who had just come back from collecting metal junks from the slump and landfills.

"Oh great, I have something to tell young master," Hamsyar was excited since he just thought about Ares on his way back and now that person would come home.

"Sigh, take a shower first you smelly kid. How dare you appear in front of the young master while looking like you just rolled in a pig turd"

Without any complaint, Hamsyar went to take a bath after he put the scroll in his hand beside his bed.

Ares just came back from meeting Zerisa and instead of following her back to Soga Mountain, he decided it's better to spend the rest of his holiday in the villa he bought which is located on the outskirt of the capital.

It was an old villa near the slump and why was it still not demolished despite looking like a hunted house was because it was said to be a cursed house.

It was said that the locals around the area didn't dare to demolish it due to the curse. That's also the reason why Ares could buy it at a cheap dirt price because no one other than him would buy the villa.

Why did he buy it? It was simply because he was curious.

How can a house be cursed?

Is it the same as a hunted house?

What happened if someone lives in that house?

His family didn't seem happy with him buying the house but as usual, they just let him do whatever he wanted to after the Morans determined the house was safe.

The father and son duo, Ghaffar and Hamsyar had been living in the house for more than a week and it seems they were fine. So which part of the house was cursed or is it just a rumour, no one knows for sure.

Ares who was at first excited about the house and spend much of his time renovating the house, slowly felt his excitement die down.

In the end, he concluded it was just a normal house.

"Maybe there was no ghost in this world?" Ares muttered but Ron could hear it clearly.

"Young master, are you really that bored? Can you please stay at home obediently this time around. You never contact me at all for the past 8 days and do you know how worried I was. Fortunately, Lady Zerisa managed to stay in contact with you," Ron nagged while preparing dinner for his young master.

"....." Ares acted like he didn't hear anything.

"By the way young master, Hamsyar said he wanted to show something interesting to you," ignoring her brother, Ran reported to Ares.

"Oh tell Hamsyar to find me after breakfast tomorrow."

"Young master, please don't act like I'm invincible. This is for your own good you know," Ron was genuinely worried about his young master who always encounter troubles everywhere he go.

"Hm," Ares just gave his usual response when he wasn't interested.

The next morning, Hamsyar went to find Ares right after he finished his breakfast while holding the scroll.

"Young master!!!!!"

"Hamsyar don't run around the house. How can you shout at young master like that," Ghaffar nagged at his son's lack of manner.

Even though he knew by now that Ares never care about such things but he was worried his ignorant son would think other people were the same when the reality was the opposite.

"It's ok Ghaffar," Ares said before he dismissed Ghaffar along with the Moran twins from the room.

"Young master look what I got," Hamsyar gave the scroll in his hand to Ares who just finished drinking his morning tea.

Ares lifted his left eyebrow slightly before opening the scroll. What he saw stunned him that it took a moment before he could respond to Hamsyar.

"Where did you get this?"

Ares asked since his guts strongly told him the current Hamsyar couldn't come up with the perfect blueprint of the Mecha Armor that he was supposed to complete in four years.

Hamsyar is indeed a natural genius but the blueprint was almost the perfect final design of the Mecha Armour. Ares knew what Hamsyar did almost every single day from the report he got from Ron so he knew for sure it wasn't Hamsyar who drew the blueprint.

Hamsyar usually went to the slump and landfill to find any metal junks he could use to slowly learn about metals. Hamsyar had already been given a generous allowance but he said he wanted to learn them by feeling the junk and he didn't need to buy anything for the time being.

"Ohh a weird man gave it to me yesterday when I was collecting metal junks at the slump. He also gave me some money and food," Hamsyar answered honestly.

When he was collecting metal junks like usual at the slump yesterday, suddenly a man wearing a weird black-robed greeted him.

"Hey kid, what's your name?"

"Er, my name is Hamsyar Ghaffar. Is there something wrong mister?" Hamsyar asked warily.

"I'm just curious what you're doing?"

"I'm collecting different kinds of metals that I could find at the slump."

The robed man continue staring at Hamsyar and it made him feel uncomfortable. However before Hamsyar managed to decide on what to do, the man suddenly asked an unexpected question.

"Do you want to avenge your father? Do you want to enact justice towards those rotten nobles?"

"What do you mean, Mister?" Hamsyar was confused since his father was fine, so what kind of reason did he need to avenge his father.

"Your father died in the terror incident during the Emperor's birthday right? A smart kid like you, don't you want to avenge your father and made his soul feel at ease in the afterlife?"

Hamsyar became more and more confused. Seeing Hamsyar's clueless face, the man continued, "I can help you avenge your father but everything is up to you. A clever kid like you might know what to do with this."

He gave a scroll inlaid with a velvety cloth to Hamsyar who remained silent. The man exudes an aura similar to what he felt every time he saw the Moran bodyguards around his young master's house.

The aura of a strong individual.

Even though he was ignorant and kind of clueless about his surrounding, Hamsyar's IQ was far higher than even an adult that which could help him overcome his low EQ. Thus he knew the man was suspicious and wrong response, he could die.

"I don't understand" Hamsyar tried to act pitiful but at the same time, he was curious about what was inside the scroll.

"When you see the content on the scroll, you will know what to do. There's also an incantation to awaken your mana"

"Awakened my mana?!" At that moment, Hamsyar became genuinely excited and curious.

"Yes. It will be easier for you to avenge your father when you awakened your mana. Remember those nobles and the royal family are the reason why this all happened"

"But the Zanuki has helped me," Hamsyar didn't dare to say too much but he couldn't let the robed man insult the noble since his young master was also a noble.

"Oh, those Zanuki are good noble. So you just have to screw the bad nobles. Understand?"

"Yes!"

"Good. Hamsyar Ghaffar, if fate allows us, may we meet again."

The robed man instantly vanished in front of Hamsyar. After feeling shocked and seeing the man suddenly vanish, Hamsyar quickly ran towards Ares's villa to wait for Ares.

"That guy is weird and he indeed looked like a villain but still I don't think I like him," Hamsyar said after he finished telling his story.

After hearing Hamsyar's story, Ares felt like the robed man sounded like an overconfident swindler instead but he didn't say it aloud to Hamsyar and continued looking at the scroll.

Ares stared at the blueprint and a sentence of magic spell beside it.

[Mana Awakening Spell]

Usually, noble children will try to slowly feel their mana while enchanting the spell repeatedly until they could properly open all their mana points.

There were a few exceptions where some didn't even need the spell to awaken their mana and they were awakened naturally such as those from the Soraz family and also our dear protagonist Cedric Hel.

"He is indeed weird but this blueprint and magic spell seems legit," Ares said after staring at the content of the scroll for a few moments.

"But why did he think my father had died?" Hamsyar seemed confused about that one point and Ares also felt the same.

In the novel, Ghaffar was indeed supposed to die during the terror attack and Hamsyar became an orphan. It was unknown what happened to him after that but four years later, Hamsyar became well known for his genius inventions in war-related technologies, especially the Mecha Armor.

With Hamsyar natural talent, even though it would take him a few more years than in the novel, Hamsyar himself was capable to build the Mecha Armour without external help.

It seems like someone was making sure Hamsyar's armour was completed within the time when the chaos started around the world which was around 3 years from now. More specifically when Cedric almost finished his study at HGA and was already involved with a few large incidents and made a name for himself despite still being a student.

'No this must be a coincident or a one-time thing.'

An impossible premonition flashed inside his head.

'There might be someone purposely trying to make Hamsyar a villain like he was in the novel.'

In the novel, Hamsyar was more of an extra compared to Ares thus he was barely mentioned. Almost nothing was known about him other than his father's death and the reason he became a villain.

His journey to become a villain was never mentioned.

'Maybe this is how Hamsyar was able to become a villain and quickly avenge his father despite his young age.'

It was unimaginable how he could create it in a mere four years but looking at the current situation, it seems someone quietly assist Hamsyar but who and why?

With Hamsyar's odd way of thinking and naiveness, it wouldn't be surprising that maybe at first Hamsyar didn't think much about avenging his father but then someone purposely convinced him to get revenge and even helped him awaken his mana.

The list of people who died during the terror incident wasn't made public and all the information was controlled with utmost security by the royal family, the Zanuki and the Manic. There was almost impossible for any information leakage since even the moles inside the royal family will not dare play any tricks under the Zanuki's watch.

'That man is indeed really suspicious no matter from what angle I think about it.'

"That man, did you see his face?" Ares asked even though he knew that man might be putting on a disguise.

"No, his face seemed unclear to me maybe because he was wearing a robe"

'Or maybe it was his ability. There were a lot of unique abilities in this world and it didn't take much to hide his true appearance in front of Hamsyar who didn't even awaken his mana yet.

"Hamsyar, I will put a Moran Shadows to guide your mana awakening and this blueprint, you can use it but always report to me about your progress," Ares said clearly to the kid who always looked at him with admiration.

"Yes, I will do my best young master!" Hamsyar answered excitedly. He could feel he was one step closer to his dream to be as cool as his young master.

That night, Ares had read every magic book he had and he could conclude that the magic spell given to Hamsyar was indeed a genuine one. On the other hand, about the blueprint, he couldn't confirm how perfect it was since he didn't have any knowledge in that area nor had he ever learned about it thus he just let Hamsyar decide on how to make use of it.

As he was putting away the books on the table back to the shelves, his eyes suddenly narrowed as he saw something.

There was a wet spot on the table that he didn't know where it came from and how it was there. The wet spot was flowing slowly on their own accord to form a few words on the table.

[Summoned me whenever you want-Tuah]

Ares instinctively looked around the room but he couldn't sense anyone else in the room and the villa was surrounded by the Shadows bodyguards 24 hours every day thus it wasn't easy to break in.

His eyes fixated on the words on the table before he could sense his left arm suddenly felt warm.

'The wood fragment that entered my body seemed to be reacting to it.'

"Tuah where are you?" Ares asked.

The water stains slowly forming the words, "In front of the Tree Of Life"

"So how do you communicate with me?"

[As a Druid who had been taking care of the Tree of Life my whole life, it was an ability of mine to be able to communicate with the sole heir of the Tree of Life]

"So how can I summon you?"

[Just say my name and asked me to come. I will come to find you no matter where you're]

"Come find me tomorrow"

[Sure]

There are a lot of things he needed to ask Tuah and he also feels like a lot of things might not go accordingly as in the novel thus he needed to get stronger and Tuah doesn't seem that bad.
