Their last destination was a group of small islands known for colorful corrals. Rejuvenated, Riley got excited all over again and immediately dived right into the water.
It took them a while to circle around the islands, swimming. And when Riley got tired yet was reluctant to leave, Draco brought down the circular lifeboat and had Riley hold onto it while pulling the boy around.
Riley had the best time. The man was so good to him.
The sun was about to set when they finally decided to return to Isla Soledad. The cool breeze lulling him, Riley fell asleep on the way back. A whole day of activity knocked him out in exhaustion.
When he next woke up, everything was swaying. Riley thought he was still on the boat. Yawning, Riley blinked and opened his eyes. He saw blue. Then he saw the sunset.
