"I asked her what she meant and she said I did this on purpose, there was a hero and they disappeared, they saw me jump as well," Hisashi lamented. "That broke my heart. Also when Lady Nagant told her that she wouldn't want to be a hero." Tears were going down his cheeks.
"And she never gave up," Uraraka sighed
"See, she then came out and said that if the hero code was that corrupt that she didn't want to be a hero, that she'd rather be a villain, but if she had to choose between heroes and villains she'd rather die. Her words were that a true hero would reject no one and will try to help the best they could, no matter if their villain, hero, bully, rapist, murderer, LGBTQ+, disabled, no matter who they are or what they've done, they'll take them in and try to help them." Stain, Nighteye, and Mineta's mom appeared.
"Even if they are dead too," Stain laughed.
"She didn't include that one at the time because she didn't have those quirks but she'd definitely agree," Hisashi smiled and looked at Isa. "She never judged anyone and never held a grudge."
"Bakugo?" Kinoski asked. Bakugo didn't respond, he just laid there and stared at Isa with a soft smile. "Bakugo?"
"She acts like we should fear her, but the truth is if you understand her, she'd never hurt a fly," Bakugo thought aloud. "She seems so aggressive but she's the most gentle, she'd only hurt you if you allowed her to, but we can say whatever we want about her right now and she'd let it slide because she's asleep."
"Like kitty," Oboro replied. "Oww."
"There's one exception," Bakugo chuckled.
"Why can Kinoski only call her that?" Oboro snapped. Bakugo then ran his fingers through Isa's hair.
"Kinoski uses kitty to tease her, that's why, just like she is the only one allowed to call me Kit Kat, I can call her kitty too, right teddy bear?" Bakugo asked. Isa then nuzzled her cheek up to his and then moved back. "Like I said, you just have to understand her and not be afraid to tease her, like trusting a tiger not to attack you. Kinoski, Yuki, Koki, and I were alone with her a lot, so we understand her more than we realize."
"So what, I have to tame her?" Oboro asked.
"No, the way you get close to her like us is by being completely vulnerable, like giving her your life and entrusting her to rip you to pieces and put you back together," Kinoski replied.
"What?" Mei asked.
"In other words, you have to give yourself up to her, you have to be yourself and trust her with your life," Yuki replied.
"Kinoski, what is true love to you?" Uraraka asked.
"Good question, true love to me is loving someone for who they are and loving them no matter the mistakes or bad things they do," Kinoski replied. "Never giving up on them. Isa is the definition of true love."
"Kinoski, answer this question," Bakugo replied. "Why did Isa choose you, she could have chosen anyone, but why you?" Kinoski then took a deep breath and thought for a moment.
"That's a hard question," Kinoski breathed.
"Well, you gotta think, because if Isa loves everyone, you must have done something to stand out to her," Yuki replied.
"My quirk, it has to be my quirk," Kinoski replied. "I mean, her room, um and when we were in elementary she didn't overuse my quirk, her imagination was more real life than it was fake, music brought out her wild and crazy side and she felt comfortable around me. That's why I started calling her tiger and eventually love bug, I was the first person other than her parents to give her a nickname, I guess, maybe that's it."
"I used my imagination to pretend like you and some others were with me," Isa muttered weakly. "People I knew I pretended were there to support me."
"Who?" Uraraka asked.
"Shigaraki, me Toga, Mineta, Monoma, Bakugo, Yuki, Koki, I'm sure there are more," Kinoski replied. "Her go-to's were probably me, Bakugo, Koki, and Yuki because we were closer to her."
"I still can't believe no one knows her favorite song," Yuki sighed.
"That's not true, Kinoski should know," Washirou pointed out.
"Yeah, like you know it," Kinoski snapped.
"Seriously, wow," Washirou chuckled. "I'm the only one who knows it."
