He tilted his head, contracted his eyeballs, with an aura stronger than ever, and clenched his fists with a malicious smile on his face.
Suddenly, the burning carcass of Takashi turned into a Siberian chassis, i.e., a frigid bag of bones. All the rising flames dissipated into oblivion and his body started radiating chilly, the condensed mist from his eyes and inlet.
"H-Huh?! What was I doing? Ah, no… Why did I fall unconscious? Everything is over now. Well, it would be better if I-"
'Eh? My voice, I can't speak. Eyes, I can't see. Body, I can't move. Ears, I… wait, I can hear, I guess.' Takashi thought.
The boy sauntered towards him and looked at him with no expression or asseveration. He gripped Takashi's shoulders and constrained his body against the ground.
"This is more befitting, isn't it?!" He said while looking down at him with a dominating gaze.
It entirely contrasted the look of the boy that he endowed a few moments ago, i.e., his old behavior, and insinuated himself as a new personality. Although, one thing was still the same.
"Didn't I tell you to not interrupt me, uncle?!"
He clutched Takashi's chin and nudged his face upwards, staring directly into his eyes.
"You felt it, right?! The animosity inside me, you felt it, right?! That's why you interrupted me!" He shouted while peering through the depths of his soul.
'This kid… he's a certified psychotic with a stupid amount of power within him!' Takashi thought.
"What's in your mind, my guy?! Are you worried about something?" The boy asked, but Takashi couldn't reply, so he kept staring at him in vexation.
"Eh? Don't look at me like that. I am just a stripling introvert." He said with sparkling eyes and a mischievous smile.
"Anyway, I am quite curious about that power of yours. That blood of yours. It's different from most of the people that I have seen."
The boy sat down in front of Takashi and look at him with a normal smile.
"Haha, you are a fish-men right? How are you even using Fire-element as your core?!"
'Hmm.' Takashi maundered inside his brain.
Closing up the distance between him and Takashi, the youth wiped off the blood from his skin with his finger and licked it with his tongue.
"Mm-hmm, as I thought, you are not normal. I can feel your impressive fighting spirit through this intermediary between us." The boy said as his body started to palpitate, reacting to the Takashi's blood.
"Although it's good, it's still missing something, you know?! But how long has it been since I got a taste of such a spirit?! It reminds me of him!" He started quivering more vigorously as he recalled the silhouette of a person looking down at him as a predator.
The boy backed off a bit and stood up, looking at the masses lying down on the ground behind Takashi, thoroughly and unconditionally failing to bluff their deaths.
"It was a pleasant encounter, whoever you are. But now, let's continue. I promise that I will keep it painless though" The boy said and the temporary maturity perished from his face as if it never existed, incipiently.
"You qualified your challenge, so as promised, I will play with you, uncle." He said with delighted eyes, expecting something satisfying.
"This time, I will end the game before it even begins, okay?" The boy said with a callow smile and clapped his palms together before closing his eyes.
It was completely silent. Most of the people were dead, and the others were playing pretend. Takashi's body was useless in entirety now, except for his brain. Rather than freezing the blood, it was more like; the kid stopped the growth of his body.
Soon after, spherical waves started emanating from the youth's body, widening itself, occupying more volume, with a crescent motion and reflection over it.
Following the waves were the unusual tremors that began shattering the roots of the entire town and a massive shadow recurred behind the boy.
Takashi, who was looking at everything happening with opaque vision, began trembling as he saw the gigantic shadow behind the kid. He could feel the nefarious power and bloodlust from the boy.
The shadow had red eyes with two different variants divided by a black aureole in between them.
Two large horns above what looked like a head, next to each other. No emotion, no face, nothing! It was like an immense amount of raw energy was inanimate and brought into life.
"Dark Magic: Hell's Blasphemy!"
As the kid enchanted those words, the dark shadow behind him, with immense raw energy, warped itself into a finger-sized sphere and perched on the index finger of the boy.
All the daunting aura disappeared into thin air suddenly, as if it never subsisted.
"Aren't you all psyched up, my provisional chums?!" He said and delegated the small sphere at the brim top and the center of the town.
Most of them didn't respond, except a few little kids who turned their heads to see above but were pressed back to the ground by their parents or nearby individual.
Suddenly, the boy smiled while looking at the blank sky in front of him and said, "Let's give you all some time! I will count to three and we will begin!"
'What is he doing now?! No, the question should be what's going on in his damn mind?! I can't comprehend his reasoning and behavior.' Takashi thought.
"What does he wants to do now?!"
"I am feeling terrified right now!!"
"Is this his way of terrorizing us?!"
"Keep your voice down!"
"What will that do? It's not like we will be alive, anyway!"
"Hey, you bastard, talk positive!"
"Huh?! I am being realistic, you human bastard!"
"Middle finger or whatever he was, he couldn't put a scratch on him!"
"Yeah, he was strong, but it felt useless."
"We are all going to die now!"
All the people who were in the open behind Takashi were in panic but couldn't look around. They all stayed still, with an empty hope of living or dying without realizing.
"1!" He started the count.
"2!"
