Chapter 5 - Chapter 5

The following day, which was a Saturday, I was eager to get back to work on the world inside the Box of Dimensions. I ate a hearty breakfast and headed straight to my room.

"Hello, Benny," I said, feeling confident and ready.

"Welcome back, Thomas. Are you ready to continue creating your first world?"

"Yes, I'm ready. What should I create now?"

"First, we should start with the basics. You should create a water source and an ecosystem to support life."

"How do I do that?"

"Focus on the image of water. Imagine it flowing from the sky and filling a pool or river. Once you have a clear image, project it onto the box."

I nodded and closed my eyes. I focused on the image of water falling from the sky and filling a river.

As the water flowed from the sky and filled the river, Benny spoke. "The importance of water in a planet cannot be overstated. It is essential for all life to exist. From the smallest bacteria to the largest animals, all living things need water to survive."

I nodded, understanding the importance of what he was saying. "How do I make sure the water is clean and drinkable?"

Benny explained, "You can create a natural filtration system by adding rocks, sand, and silt to the bottom of the river. This will help remove any impurities and make the water safe to drink."

"Alright, I'll try that," I said.

As I focused on the image of clean, clear water, I created a filter system. Rocks and silt were placed at the bottom of the river, and water flowed through them.

As the water traveled through the filter, it was purified and made safe to drink.

I smiled as I watched the water flow through the filter and fill the river. "I did it!"

"Great job, Thomas," Benny said, impressed.

With the river in place, the next step was to create an entire ocean and ecosystem for it to support.

"What should I do now?"

"Now, you need to create an ocean," Benny explained.

"How do I do that?"

"Imagine the vastness of the ocean. Think of the waves crashing against the shore and the salty smell of the air. Focus on creating an ocean that is big enough to support a variety of life forms."

I closed my eyes and imagined the vastness of the ocean. I focused on creating an ocean that was big enough to support a variety of life forms.

Slowly, the image of the ocean began to appear in the box. The waves crashed against the shore, and the salty smell of the air filled the room.

"Perfect," Benny said, impressed. "The ocean is an important part of any ecosystem. It provides a place for marine life to thrive and it also helps regulate the climate. Without the ocean, our planet would be much different."

"How so?" asked Thomas

"Well, the ocean plays an important role in our climate. It absorbs a large amount of the sun's heat, which helps to keep our planet warm. If the ocean didn't exist, our climate would be much colder."

"What about the life that lives in the ocean?"

"Without the ocean, there would be no marine life. The oceans are the home to a wide variety of animals, from tiny plankton to giant whales. Marine life plays an important role in the food chain, as well as in maintaining the health of our planet."

"Wow," I said, amazed. "I had no idea the ocean was so important."

"Most people don't realize the vital role the ocean plays in our planet's ecosystem," Benny said. "It's easy to take the ocean for granted, but without it, life on land would not be possible."

As the ocean began to fill the void within the Box of Dimensions, a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment came over me.

"It's beautiful," I said, looking at the ocean.

"It is indeed," Benny said, his voice filled with awe.

"I can't believe I created this," I said, feeling a rush of pride. My training over the past few days had paid off, and I was starting to feel confident in my abilities.

"You have done well, Thomas," Benny said. "Take a break, and we will continue tomorrow. The planet is nearing completion. Once it is finished, I will handle the 'technical' aspects of it. You just need to focus on making it as beautiful and clear as possible. For now, just spend time relaxing and reflecting on what you've accomplished."

I nodded and took a deep breath, a sense of accomplishment filling me. "I suppose I'll get some minor training in and go for a run."

As I ran down the street, the sun was setting. It was a beautiful sight, the colors of the sky and the buildings were a mixture of orange, pink, and purple. I could hear the sound of traffic in the distance, and the air was cool and crisp.

As I turned the corner, I saw a little girl standing there. She was crying, and her face was filled with sadness. In her hand was a balloon, one that had escaped and was floating away.

I couldn't stand to see her so upset, that's when I heard Benny say to me, "you can help her get her balloon by using a gust of wind. You should be at a high enough level to do simple things like blow a small gust of wind. You'll feel a lot of fatigue, moreso than when you work on the Box but you'll make her day. Why don't you try it?"

I smiled, knowing that I could help this little girl get her balloon. As I focused deeply by imagining a gust of wind to blow, it blew, and the balloon floated back to me. She was so happy that she hugged me and thanked me. I knew that I had made a difference and that the power of the Box of Dimensions had come through. It was an incredible feeling.

Afterwards, I sat down on a bench, feeling completely drained.

"Benny, that was incredible! It seems I'm developing supernatural powers because of the Box of Dimensions."

"That is to be expected," Benny said. "As you grow more experienced, you will learn to control the Box of Dimensions and use it to create and manipulate your own reality. However, you must be careful not to become arrogant or overconfident. The power of the Box is great, but it can also be dangerous if not used wisely."

"I'll be careful," I promised, vowing to always use the Box of Dimensions wisely.

"Good," Benny said. "I am proud of you, Thomas. You have made remarkable progress, and I know that you will continue to do great things."

I smiled, knowing that I had Benny's support and encouragement.

"Now let's go home, I could use a bite to eat." I said with a grin of my face.

As we walked back to the house, the feeling of accomplishment and pride filled me. I had used the Box of Dimensions to do something good, and it felt amazing. I couldn't wait to see what other possibilities the future held.
