YE JOON'S POV
I was sitting in my seat. Today is oddly odd for me. First I didn't see Areum waiting for me nor I saw her in the class. I looked around and I don't know why but I was anxious without seeing her. I was looking around the class when I saw Laira waving at me. I remembered what happened between us yesterday. My cheeks turned red and she chuckled. She is like a fallen angel, pretty, kind. I saw our teacher entering. He started calling our names. I looked at the empty seat, where is the girl ?
Teacher- OH AREUM.
And that same time the door opened prevailing Areum.
Areum- here, sorry sir I had some work to do.
The teacher gave her a weird look and told her to the seat. She seat at the empty seat beside me. She took out her books and focused on class. What happened to the girl? she and focusing on class is the rarest thing in life. she might felt my stares and looked at me with a smile.
Areum- am I looking beautiful that you are staring at me?
I shook my head. This girl is impossible.
Ye Joon- You are looking like a panda.
she smiled and shook her head.
Areum- At least, I am cute as a panda.
Ye Joon- Didn't you sleep last night?
Areum shook her head and took out a box from her bag and put that on my table. I opened the box, there were cookies of different shapes. I looked at her side profile, she has a small face and chubby cheeks. But her jawline is pretty sharp from the side. What the hell I am thinking about?
Soon the class ended. And I saw that Areum was sleeping on the table, some hairs were sticking out and her cheeks were little red. Well, her nose and cheeks are little red during winter, which is cute.. I didn't know that I was staring at for such a long time for the first time. I have to say, she is beautiful without makeup. Well, I never saw her wearing makeup. I took out the box from my bag and ate one cookie and my eyes widen. They were amazing like anyone would fall in love with the amazing taste.
LATER CLASSES
I looked at Areum she was packing her bag. She was silent today, unlike other days when she talks non-stop. I wanted to ask if all is okay but I just thought it's her mood swing she is having. I was about to leave but she holds my hand.
Areum- Have you decided which song you are going to sing?
Ye Joon- Shape Of You
she gave me weird look.
Areum- Don't sing it. You always choose the wrong song. Choose a song that will touch heart and mind.
Ye Joon- what should I sing then?
Areum- ''Perfect''. Your voice goes well with soft songs and you can try hype songs later.
I nodded. She smiled and cherished my hand. I suddenly felt my heart beating fast. It never happened before.
Areum- I believe you can do it.
There was a different type of spark in her eyes which always shines whenever she inspires me to move forward. I was about to say something but her phone ringed.
Areum- what happened?
Jaehum- I and Yoo Han have bought paint and other things. Come fast..
Areum- yeah. I'll be there.
She put her phone and smiled at me but I asked her what I wanted to ask for a long time.
Ye Joon- Why do you love me when I always push you away? Why do you trust me when I doubt myself?
She looked at me.
Areum- I don't need any reason to love you. I don't need any proof to trust you. My love is unconditional. I don't want you to love me, but-
Ye Joon- But what?
Areum- I want to be part of your 3 seasons. In winter, your fire. In summer, your air. In rain, your umbrella. I don't care if I can be part of your's spring. Your 3 seasons are enough for me.
I was looking at her the whole time. How can this girl love me this much? I know these all are like a summer fling. I stare at her and she stares at me. It felt like an internal .
Areum- I'll wait for you Kang Ye Joon.
she turned around and left me there standing.
