Elys' mind was floating farther and farther away as she lost herself in the sensations that Aleksander made her feel. The warmth of his tongue gliding over the skin he had bitten sent shivers run up and down her spine. Immediately, her wound started to heal.
An irresistible itch started to spread from the wound site. She felt as if tiny little insects were crawling over her wrist, sometimes even biting her as the wound began healing.
"Why does it always feel like this, your majesty?" Elys asked out of a whim.
She wasn't really interested in the answer at all, but somehow those were the words that came out of her mouth. Aleksander's mouth lifted from the corners as a smile reached up into his eyes.
He tilted his head and then replied as if he didn't understand what Elys had asked for, "What do you mean, my precious queen?"
