Shik was summoned by him, instructing him to know about the person who did this. "Better mind, if you won't be able to find then you gotta lose your position of secretary," his threats were enough to scare him, one side he was promised to get a promotion but another side proved worse for him, losing his jobs, sounded worst for him.
"I got it," showing respect by bowing his head, he made his way in the direction of her cabin, knocking twice, Jae noticed the presence of Shik on the door, "Yes?"
"Mam, Boss asked me to find the person behind all this?" his tone was completing sounded different from before, this time he was scared. "I gonna handle this, leave." Jae didn't know how he would react when she would disclose her name in front of him. "But-" before putting a full stop to his sentence, her death stares stopped him in mid and moved out of the sight.
"Let's tell him everything before I got to indulge in this mess," this thought crossed his mind, and he hurried his steps towards his office where he was fucked up to the most because, in the end, his company would have to bear the worst. *Knock knock*
"Come in," without glancing at the person, he looked at the crowd gathered outside the building from the window. As time got underway to run away, his impatience heightened. "Sir," he mumbled softly, making sure not to make his boss angry with his stupid talks but whatever he did, he had to pay for. "Did you find that person?" turning to him, with anger expressed on his face. Simply accepting his question with a nod, "Who is that? Bring him here?" his threats sounded as he gonna kill that person if he/she occurred in front of him. Shik's hands were shaking, his voice cracked, throat tightened at the mention of his threat. "FUCKING ANSWER ME?" he flinched at him, raising his voice, letting any word out of his mouth, Ji-Hoon appeared in the same space to interrupt him in his way of speaking.
"Maybe he is scared that he would be killed. Am I right?" now his threats made him even more frightened. "What are talking about?" his dad muttered, confused by the speak up of him.
"You gonna say it or should I?" Ji-Hoon put one of his hands over his shoulder, which kinda made him terrified. With the cracked voice, he challenged to match the eye contact with Seo-Jin, "Mrs did this and she asked me to help her as she promised me for promotion-" Seo-Jin didn't let him finish his sentence as he kicked him right in the stomach, due to which his back arched, hands all over in stomach, trying to recover from the pain, "Sorry Sir, I thought-" again punched him on his face and left a dark red mark on his face, "You asshole, Fucking get out of my sight. You are fired," last words shocked Shik because where he wished to get a promotion was now being fired by him, there was way for him to stay was to beg for his dear life, and he fell in his feet, begging him, "Boss, I'm sorry please don't do this, I beg you," joining hands, holding his feet however none of this seemed to work for him.
"GET OUT BEFORE I KILL YOU," and gradually with tears rolling down his cheeks, he repented of supporting her, trying to get up with all his strength after getting smashed multiples times, he still struggled to stand up on his grounds.
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND JIN?" a female voice echoed in the space while all of them struggled to turn around to bear her insights, seeing her, being proud of what she did, made Ji-Hoon's face coloured red with anger, he knew it if something gonna happens with Jin-Ae, then it would be her.
Glaring at her with death stares, Seo-jin, stayed still. Moving closer to him, "This would help us, why aren't you trying to understand-"
"OH SHUT UP YOUR MOUTH, DO YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT AN ONGOING PROJECT, DID YOU THINK OVER THAT ONCE?" she noticed the boiling anger inside him because his tone proved everything to him.
"That project would do good in its place but just think if they two agree with then it gonna help us in future," putting her 100% with making him understand the whole plan.
"Can you leave Jin-Ae for once, she already struggling for her life," Ji-Hoon favoured his sister, "What are you talking about?" Seo-Jin got worried at the mention of her health, he was greedy for fame but still, he always got worried for his children. "She is not doing well, before few days she collapsed because of her," now those worried stares changed with the death glares when he turned to face Jae.
"Is business more important for you than your child?" raising an obvious question but that didn't melt her heart for a minute, "All I care is about business," her reply shocked everyone out there. *SLAP* "YOU BITCH, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU SMELL THIS BAD FOR YOUR LOVED ONES," with a shocked face, she processed the slap, "I hate the time when I fell for you," not whispering much after he left to see his daughter who struggled to deal with her mental health on her own.
"You didn't do any good after slapping me, remember I gonna take this business away from you right in front of you, " she mumbled after noticing the disappearance of everyone from there.

"Hello, Jin-Ae? Where are you?" Seo-jin climbed inside his car while conserving with her on the phone. "Hey Dad, I'm at home," knowing that she was away from that mess but soon his stares diverted to the press running towards him, avoiding them, he drove away at high speed.

I was taken aback when dad pulled me in a hug for the first time after mom showed up in his life. I smiled awkwardly, processing his love out of the blue, he pulled away just cup my face with his hands.
"I'm a sorry daughter, my angel. I couldn't look after you two, I failed as a father for you. I ignored my most important assets of life and focused on gaining fame. I'm sorry," his words melted my heart however noticing tears in his eyes broke my heart too, gradually wiping off those tears from his face, I smiled at him.
"It's all fine as long as you are by my side," I didn't catch the moment when some sheds left my eyes too. I believed his words because he always was like this but for some time that lady blindfolded him with business.
"What happened to you? I don't want you to fight all alone with yourself now you have your dad in your race," those moments did wonders in my life, having his support was everything for me, I could fight the world if my loved ones stayed with me. I nodded and rested my head on his chest, feeling secure in his embrace, and inhaled a deep breath.
"Dad, what is this?" Ari came holding the phone in her hands, but soon passed onto him.
"Ah, these are fake, you know that," his comforting words softened the situation he was currently facing. "What is it?" I asked not knowing the struggle they faced. However, he gave Ari a look which she understood and nodded. "It's related to business, don't worry," Ari faked the fact, just making sure not to make her worried over that shit. "Come, dad, today I have made lunch. Let's eat," holding his hands, I hurried in towards the dining room, wishing that big smile on his face made my life understandable.
"Wow, I'm surprised by this," his chuckles filled the space which eventually formed a pout on my face. "I guess you never got time to enjoy my cooking skills, you were so involved in business," and let go of my grip around his hand, kinda yanked his hands.
Again both of them, dad and Ari laughed at my childish behaviour.
"Ah, I'm a sorry angel. Let's enjoy today together," pulling me with his strength he hugged me from the side, in addition, forced me to the dining room. "What you have cooked?" he asked after grabbing his chair.
"Japchae, Bibimbap, Bulgogi and Hoeddeok," I sighed and looked at him, pausing for his appreciation. "That's great but where is my favourite?" his voice was soft. "Shit, wait give me some minutes I will be ready with your favourite," I said while getting up from the chair, hurried in the direction of the kitchen, but soon his words interrupted my steps, as I turned to face him and raised my eyebrow.
"No need, I will have to make it back to the company, this is enough for now. Come and eat."
"But it gonna take only a few minutes dad?"
"No, come here otherwise I will go without lunch," his threats forced me to catch my seat back but there was a slight hint of annoyance in my stares. "Will make at the time of dinner," I thought and continued to eat together while taking some randoms topics for talks.

"What is this? Is she dating him? But if she isn't in any relationship then why she acted otherwise in the situation that night?" Sung-Ho was confused over the hearing of rumours, grimacing before turning his phone off. Stepping out into the night, his mind played with those thoughts, trying to fake the reality. "Should I ask her straight?" mumbling to himself, he was messed up with himself and his confusing thoughts. With some courage inside his heart, he called off his phone from his pocket and texted her. He wanted to clear his misunderstanding before falling for someone like her, who stayed in a relationship with another guy.
