Chapter 1 - (TRY TO DO SOMETHING)

In our life if we want to do something or achieve our goals first we have to start trying unless we get fail so it is ok we must try but don't leave it is saying that try again and again till you get sucess.once upon a time there was a king he got a lots of failure in his war then he close himself in a room and disregretting himself that he can't do and lay down after some time he saw a spider 🕷️ climbing he saw that spider climb and after travelling some distance it will fall again and again spider trying to climb and fall same products repeat again and again finally after the struggle of spider he make to climb and reached his destination by seeing spider king thought that a spider after trying and and struggle achieve his why he cannot then finally king get ready for war he won war it means we have to achieve a thing in our life we must try try try finally we wil get our destination it is saying that we learn from failure not SUCESS.Failure – we all come in contact with it. And more often than not, we dread even entertaining the idea of failing. As a society, we see failure to be detrimental to our success. Ever since we are young, we are taught to avoid failure. In school, we aim to get As, so that we can get into a good university or get a good job offer after college. We avoid getting an 'F' like the plague because that would mean we failed at something. As a matter of fact, in the letter grading system, F is the only letter grade which corresponds to the first letter of what it stands for: failure. In this subtle way, the idea that failure is not good for us becomes embedded in our mind and we try to avoid it. Instead of seeing failure as a natural part of life, we see it as very negative.

Two world-renowned psychologists, Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky, who won the Nobel Prize for their work, which explains why we are so averse to failure. What they found is that effect of loss is twice as great as the gain from a win. This is an astounding conclusion indicates the great negative impact a loss has on us as individuals, which is much greater than the impact of a win. Thus, it explains why we as humans would go at lengths to avoid a loss or a failure. What is interesting that the two of the tech giants of our century, both of whom are worth billions of dollars, have a very different mindset to failure: they are tolerant of it and embrace it. Both Jack Ma and Jeff Bezos believe that it is okay to fail and that failure is part of the process. Ma has always been very vocal about failure, and most recently, in an interview at the World Economic Forum, he has recounted his failures, such as: not getting a job in KFC, when 24 people applied and 23 got it. Or not getting a job as a server in a hotel, when his cousin did. Or not being able to get into Harvard, while he applied 10 times. He explains that all of these failures prepared him for the path he took on as a CEO.What if, starting today, you weren't afraid of failure and the word 'no' didn't stop you anymore? What if you realized that failure is the secret to success? As a matter of fact, it often is. Ask any high achiever in business (or in life) and they will likely tell you that some of their greatest accomplishments came from turning failures into successes. word 'no' doesn't have to debilitate you. In fact, it can empower you to achieve a whole new level of greatness you never dreamed possible. You might think this is just a sales strategy, but in fact it is a life philosophy as well.

Whether we define ourselves as salespeople or not, we are all engaged in the sales process. We all must overcome fears of failure and rejection to be successful and achieve what we want. Here are five top secrets to help you turn failure into success immediately!

Change Your Mental Model of 'Success' and 'Failure'

Most people operate with the following mental model:

SUCCESS ⇔ YOU ⇔ FAILURE

They see themselves in the middle, with success on one end and failure on the other. They do everything they can to move toward success and away from failure. But, what if you reconfigured that model?

YOU ⇒ FAILURE ⇒ SUCCESS

Instead of viewing failure as something to be avoided, turn it into a "stepping-stone" on the path to success and gratification. In other words: Success is the destination. Failure is how you get there.achieve significant success in today's world, failure is not just a possibility. It's a requirement. We must see success and failure for what they truly are. They're not opposites but instead opposite sides of the same coin.

Intentionally Increase Your Failure Rate

If it's true that the more we fail, the more we succeed (and it is), then your immediate goal should be to intentionally increase your failure rate! With this thought in mind, you're succeeding even when you fail. Yes, this is a counter-intuitive, reverse thinking philosophy, but believe it or not it works!

Intentionally increasing failure is the basis for the "Go for No" concept. "Go for No" means the more people tell you "no," the closer you will get to ultimate success.

In other words, the more people telling you "no" now, the more people will say "yes" in the long term. If they actually counted the number of times they hear "no" during a typical day or week, most people would be shocked to see how low the number actually is. Go ahead and try it!
