"My Prince, I have arrived." The sound of Councilman Donovan's greeting pulled Prince Brendan out of the intense concentration that he had been using to read the book before him.
"Councilman Donovan," Prince Brendan spoke in a tone that sounded as if he couldn't be bothered in the least by the old man's presence, but that was actually untrue. In actuality, he was rather curious as to what the man had to say at the moment. He just naturally tried to sound bored and uninterested in other people so that it would be harder to read him. "How unexpected it is to see you. What news do you bring?" The third prince of the Henshaw Dynasty asked with droopy eyes.
"Ah, my Prince," Donovan stood up straight before continuing, "Well, your father has grown a bit more restless, and he is trying to start an attack on the Zelan pack as soon as possible. He is still quite bitter about the loss of our Pillar to them." He explained with a wry smile on his face.
