"I am very hungry right now .what should i eat. I think today i will be hungry all day "i told to myself.my throat was de hydrating and i was very very thirsthy. It was a sunny day and my mother was working in the rice field and i was looking at her cutting the wheat plants with the (haishiya) which was very very sharp. I looked at her and i was suprised with her skills. Her sweat was dripping slowely from her for head to her chin. My pregnant mother was working very hard though she was pregnant .my sister was also cutting long grass with (haishya) for cattle. I was the only one who was not working. While my mother was working i said to her "mother i am thirsthy and can i go to the river and drink some ". She smiled and said "yes my son but dont go near the deep side of the river". I agreed and went near the river and drank some water. I saw the water flow very softly. The water was sparkling and i saw some small tadpoles freely playing in the water. The scene was very beautiful. I quickly run toward my mother and told her to to drink some water from the river. She smiled and said "ok but let me finish my work here then i shall have some". The smile of my mother melteld my heart.it took almost a half day to finish cutting the wheat for my mother and my sister who helped. Then we headed to the river to drink water again and washed our muddy hands . Then we headed back to the grassy area .My mother took out the plastic bag from the huge bamboo basket(doko) filled with some beaten rice and the some home made tomato pickle which she had prepared in the morning . It was very delicious. My sister was also enjoying the meal and she was smiling.i told my mother how delicious the meal was. she was very happy. Then we packed all the stuffs and tools in the bamboo basket( doko) .my mother carried the basket .my sister was also carrying the same tyoe of basket( doko) filled with grasses . I helped them lift the basket ( doko) then we headed our home . I was carrying (haishiya) in my hand and was cutting the plants unnessesarily while walking in the fields . Then we reached on the dusty road . The people were passing by us and were greeting my mother . While walking i saw a small shop. The shop was so filled with candies and biscuits . My eyes directly followed the way to the shop. I went to the shop and asked for torange flavoured candies and a biscuit and the shopkeeper who was wearing a Nepali hat ( dhaka topi ) gave me five orange flavoured candies and a biscuit named tasty. Then he asked me for money. I said to him "wait buwa( grand father ) i will ask my mother ". He said " ok .
