Leovian Government and Social Class

Highest Class:

Emperor - head of the nation; has the ability to ammend, create, or remove a law; has the utmost power; head of the Council

25th Emperor (2029 AD-2036 AD) - Theobald Raynott

26th Emperor (2037 AD-) - Herbert Portendorfer

Council - the parliament which debates political and economical issues, and makes, amends, and repeals law. Each province shall present one senator through election and they must see through the qualifications (education at least the High Order of Education; 30-60 years old from the start of his term up until the end; in the new ammended act of the 26th Emperor, natural born citizen are allowed to run but if not, at least a naturalized citizen and have resided in the province for 8 straight years; and, is living in the province from the time of running up until the end of his term)

High Class:

King - a king governs a province. The king is a monarchical system. One can only become a king through heredity. The current king chooses an heir who will succeed his position but the heir must have the qualifications to be one (education at least the High Order of Education; at least 20 years old from his term and a maximum of 70 years old at the end of his term; natural born citizen are allowed to run but if not, at least a naturalized citizen and have resided in the province for 5 straight years; and, is living in the province from the time of running up until the end of his term). In cases when the heir is 19 years old or younger, the Emperor shall appoint a substitute until the heir reaches 20.

Aristocrats - they govern cities within the provinces and are under the obligation to fulfill the wishes of the King and the Emperor. The qualifications of governing a city is similar to that of a King. These are the ranks of aristocracy in order: Duke, Marquess, Earl, Viscount, Baron.

Middle Class:

Baronet - A hereditary dignity title, below Aristocracy and senior to Gentry. It is inheritable, usually by the eldest son, although a few Baronetcies can also pass through the female line. Baronetcy can only be acquired by receiving the Emperor Crown, a medal awarded for proven succession to the relevant dignity. Both the middle class and plebs are allowed to receive one. Unlike Knighthood, Baronetcy is inherited from the one who received the medal. Government officials are usually from the High and Highest Classes but Baronets are the only illegible lower rank that can be an official too.

Gentry - knights, gentlemen, gentlewomen, squires.

Bourgeois - capitalist; merchants; peddler

Plebs (Lowest Class):

Yeoman - farmers, tradesmen, and craft workers; owned land(s) but are not middle or high or highest class

Laborer - servants and slaves that gained nothing at all; however, from the reign of the 26th Emperor, they were removed from the society through creating a law that everyone must be paid accordingly. They gained enough money for rent or to own a land and pay for their food. And thus they became Yeoman.
