He looks and notices a marker on the door to a subway. He enters the subway and walks down the stairs. He notices a derailed train on the right as well as a door to the left on the wall. He goes through the door and kills five triggermen. 'So the quirk works. He's being guarded.' Izuku notes and keeps walking. He sees a locked door and can't pick it. He slams into the door and it bursts off its hinges. Everyone looks at the commotion and as the dust settles, they notice someone in armor holding a minigun. "I'm ready, how about you?" Izuku yells while shooting his minigun. He pulverizes all the triggermen, kicks down another door, and notices an open room with columns holding up the ceiling. He watches everyone running into the vault door. They don't close it so Izuku gives chase. Izuku sees a triggerman and shoots him. He makes it to the main chamber without any problems. 'Must've hid.' He notes. He looks up and notices someone looking through a window on the wall. Izuku walks up two flights of stairs and fires his minigun. He fires for twelve seconds, and in that time the man was dead. He was on the ground with bullet holes all over him. He picks up a terminal password after it fell out of his pocket. He unlocks the terminal and opens the door. "Whoever you are, thanks. I don't know what they were going to do with me." Valentine thanks Izuku. 'What is he?' Izuku thinks. He has ripped off metallic skin in many places and has yellow eyes. "What are you? You don't seem to be human." Izuku asks, confused since he never saw a synth before. "I'm a synth. The Institute created us in massive numbers. They wanted peace with settlers. Tension grew that a human fired upon the synths, and the humans lost. The people heard rumors that the synths fired on the humans first, and now there is a massive war going on between humans and synths. The humans will lose, but if you help them they can win." Izuku thinks for a while. "I just want to know the Institute's location. I don't want anything to do with this war. If they attack me, I'll kill every synth that stands in my way. Well, except for you." Izuku explains. 'I'm not gonna tell him why. I won't tell anyone.' Izuku leads Valentine to a ladder that leads to the streets through a drain cover. "We should talk in my office back in Diamond City," Valentine informs Izuku. Izuku nods and follows Valentine. They reach Diamond City without problems and enter the city. "I don't know where your office is, so I'll follow you." Izuku says to Valentine. Valentine leads him to the detective's office. "So, the Institute took your mothers blood and murdered her?" Valentine asks. "Yes. A guy with a scar over his left eye and a balding head shot her." Izuku says, looking Valentine dead in the eye. "Hmmm... Did you hear the name Kellog at all?" Valentine asks, deeply worried. "Yes, I got there names, home addresses, and where there diary keys are hidden!" Izuku yells. "You have no idea what happened to me! My father left when I was born! I have been seeking revenge, I don't know what is wrong with me, but there is one thing! Why me? Why did it have to be me?" Izuku yells, crying. "I missed 250 of history, what the hell has been happening? I am 264 years old, and yet no one tells me anything!" Izuku retorts. "Look, no one knows what happened after the bombs dropped. All I know is that hell broke loose when the survivers turned to ghouls." Valentine informs Izuku. "Where the hell is this Kellog? I want his head." Izuku asks, wanting more info. "He lived in a house here. The problem is, the mayor has the key, and you're on his bad side." Valentine informs Izuku. "Then I'll persuade him. If that doesn't work, I'll threaten him if necessary!" Izuku replies, hoping persuading will be enough.
