Min Jae could see her eyes full of helplessness. He knew though she acted as if she was alright, deep down, she still considered herself half culprit of whatever happened with Ye Jun. He knew she was trying to run away from everything, but she couldn't throw the fact away that in the end, it was her father all along. All the worries over her face hindered him from seeing her, how he loved to see her. Carefree and smiling.
With a straight face, he kept looking into both of her eyes when she spoke.
"Sorry for making you worry. I don't want to be a burde-"
He knew no matter how much he may defend himself, Se Jeong would keep blabbering and apologising. So he just leaned in and pressed his lips against her, making her go quiet and her eyes go wide.
