Chapter Twenty-Nine: Results
After everyone's task, announcements were made on who was eligible and who was not. I was also selected along with Charlene, Artemis, and Mason. It was also mentioned that an invitation would be sent to our house before the year-end with all the information described.
After the announcements, there was a banquet prepared for everyone by the academy. I didn't wait there for much time and decided to go back home. But before that, I thought of meeting instructor – professor Linnea once. Unfortunately, I couldn't find her anywhere near the banquet.
It will be soon evening, and I am walking back home from the academy.
Charlene D'Vincent was also a member of my party or team when we were on the battlefield. Her hair colour is white, just like snow, her attitude is as cold as ice, and a well-built body, just like a knight. She uses a double-handed longsword and uses ice-element.

Today is the XX20 year-end, and today I will celebrate the year-end with my family after four years. We decorated our house and prepared a lot of different food by ourselves as we gave a day off our maids and butlers. We also brought fireworks (which don't explode or make heavy sounds).
After our dinner, we all enjoyed the fireworks until it was the start of the new year. And at sharp 00:00, I, together with my family, saw the fireworks prepared by the kingdom near the Royal palace and enjoyed watching them.
This scene and moment, I have missed this a lot. I am annoyed at the same time happy. Weird right?

I have been enjoying my time with my family in my newmade home, days passed, and it's finally the day. Today is the first day of the academy, of course, for the first year. I was getting ready and wore my new uniform, a snow-white shirt with golden buttons on it, and a black blazer that was light and comfortable to wear. The blazer also has the academy's logo on the right side.
Well, of course, the pant is also black in color. I packed my bag as from now on, I will be living in the dorm from now onwards, but I can still come back home whenever I want.

Yes, I never mentioned what my Dad does? I mean, what work he does. Like he does many types of work. Some day he is a merchant, sometimes he teaches his swordsman skills and does many things. I never get to know why he does different types of work, but I know that he enjoys doing it.
After having breakfast, it was time to now leave. I was standing at the main door, so my mom and Eli picked my shoulder bag, which was on the ground leaning on my leg, and put it on my shoulder. As I was going to turn around, Mom called my name.

I stopped there and looked at her. I knew that she didn't call me because she was worried or sad.

I crossed the house's main gate, looked at them, and walked off while waving my hand. After thirty minutes of walk, I reached the academy's main gate. The security was tight as both guards and teachers were standing there checking their student IDs and welcoming them. I also see few students. I guess they are seniors.
I showed my student ID, which arrived very recently, and entered, passing the main gate. I noticed that the senior's blazer is a bit different than us first years. Their blazer has golden strips on the wrist area. If they are second-years, one golden strip, and third-years will have one extra strip.
I was walking by the building and looking at them as they were decorated. A third-year student comes to me and then guides me to the ceremony hall. When I reached the ceremony hall, it was already crowded. Many first-years were already in here, along with third-years and teachers. I also see professors as well. I took a seat, and soon after, the ceremony started.
At first, one of the professors welcomes us, and then, followed by that, a teacher gives a brief introduction on what all will happen and how things will go. As for the conclusion, the president of the student council will do it.
When she entered the stage, everyone's eyes were on her as she walked in. She was beautiful, and her long hair was left untied. Her hair is light blonde, and since she is also student council president, her attire is also different from other students. Both her shirt and pant are white colored with golden strips over them. Over that white shirt, it was a short coat also white in color with thin golden stripes. It felt like the whole attire was just made for her.
Totally intimidating!!! As she started speaking, I felt like I had heard this voice somewhere. That egoistic accent when she is talking and that body language, I know it. I am familiar with it, but I don't remember it. Even after thinking hard, I didn't remember a thing. By the time I knew the speech had ended and everyone started clapping following the flow, I also clapped with them. Thus, the ceremony had also ended with this.
After that, we first years were told to go into their respective classroom. Following the instruction, I also went to my classroom, which is 1-2.
