"So, honey I thought that you could learn those spells ."
Mom said while laying out 3 books in front of me.
Seeing those 3 books , I was more interested in the blood control one as I did not know what it could do , but remembering my mother's skills , I asked her.
"Mother , I thought about this but is there not a skill that could help regenerate my mana faster?"
Surprised by my question , she wore a pensive expression with a finger on her mouth , she looked pretty cute while doing so , I even saw the maid giving my mother her glass of water blush.
"There is , but it's still early for you to learn…. And there is no spell book teaching it so you will have to figure it yourself… I guess I could use it , record it on a crystal and lend it to you for you to learn , since you're such a genius I guess you could learn it from that." She said taking a crystal in her hand , she then closed her eyes for a few minutes and handed me the crystal.
"Here you go honey , try to use your mana on this crystal, that's the only way mama can help you with this , if you can't find anything after 2 hours, we will go back to the books , okay honey?"
As I nodded , I took the crystal , sat on the couch, and looked at the crystal.
Thanking the almighty system , I clicked on learn and a flow of information flowed into my head.
After what felt like an eternity , it stopped, I then opened my status

'Now how do I get this percentage up.'
Seeing this , I closed my eyes and focused on the information I received earlier , guiding the mana in my body ,I could hear a gasp coming from my mother , she certainly noticed that I comprehended something from the skill, and she was surprised , but not allowing myself any distraction , I continued what I was doing.
After God know how long , I heard a voice.
"Honey?"
I feel a hand on my shoulder
"Honey?"
I open my eyes and look at my mother next to me.
"Yes mother?"
"it's time for dinner honey" she said getting up of the couch
Only noticing now that it was already dark outside, I nodded and followed mother into the dining hall.
Once Nissa entered , I could see her glare more at me than any time before, I guess she was really hungry, wasn't she?
While we were eating, I checked my progress with the mana regeneration spell
'Huh?'
Only 1 % percent? Is this a joke? I spent nearly all day on this and all I got was 1 %?
As I thought about that I could see Nissa ordering more blood.
"Oh, Nissa I though you quitted eating so much " said my mother looking disappointed .
"No, I never stopped eating more , it's just that it was Rhain who was giving me food in the training field." Said Nissa opening her second blood gourd.
Hearing this cold sweat spread on my back as I remembered what *feeding* really meant.
"Oh, you're getting food for your sister Rhain?" asked my mother , pleased about the news.
"Y…Yea she gets hungry during training, so I help her."
"I see , so that's what you were doing into the woods" said my mother while nodding approvingly.
Racking my brain as hard as I tried to find an excuse before my sister could talk.
"Y…Yea , we get into the woods so that she can eat , I though you would be angry, so we went into the woods."
"I see… Nissa, you brother is even getting you food , you should bully him less don't you think ? he is being such a good brother." Said my mother while looking at my sister who was drinking her third gourd of blood.
"I'm not bullying him" she said while pouting.
"Honey do you really think the guards do not see what you're doing on the training grounds?" said my mom while rolling her eyes.
As soon as my mom said that Nissa nodded grudgingly, and dinner was over.
Going into my room I sighed as a disaster has been avoided.
2 weeks went by
During those 2 weeks , mother let me work on the mana regeneration spell, but she insisted that I also learn fire magic , she said that the rest will come later, during those 2 weeks , Nissa appeared angrier and angrier each day as I did not go feed her.
Regenerate 10% of the total mana per hour(17/hour) passively or 5% of the total mana + 75% of Int (74.5/min) while active.
'Finally,' I though as I sighed.
Sensing me stopping my mother asked.
"you're already done for today?"
"I finished learning it mother."
As I said that I see that my mother widens her eyes once more.
"You… are you sure?"
"Yes mother."
"Show me." As she said that , she grabbed my arm, and I could sense her mana going into my body and I activated the spell.
As she could see that I was not lying , I saw disbelief on her face "I took me 3 years to learns and he did it in merely 2 weeks." she whispered .
"I learned it fast because Mother's crystal helped me a lot " I said while smiling at her.
"Right mom helped you a lot, right?" she said smiling , but her eyes were not smiling.
"Yes , yes of course it's because of mom that I could learn it that fast" I said while nodding repeatedly .
"Good, Good…" she said while patting my head
'This could have been dangerous' I though as I could still feel cold sweat on my back.
"Since you learned this , the next one is blood control" she said while giving me the book.
"Tell me when you've learned it , I have an idea as to how we could train you in this" she said while a crooked smile
Fearing for what was awaiting me , I opened the blood control book.
