For the next couple of weeks, Eve and Adam attended several festival events. She finished doing a lot of work to pay off the cost of the photo lenses. It was a big relief to not feel obligated to her boyfriend once she worked off the cost.
Adam had finally started to realize Eve really was a simple girl. The smallest gestures meant the most to her. He knew she loved the outdoors as much as he did and made a point to do things they both enjoyed. Things like sitting on the riverbank watching the annual steamboat race with a nice picnic and long walks through local parks meant the most to her.
