I noticed what I was going to say. I spoke to myself, "What the heck! What am I doing?"
"I'm in a lot of problems." I felt idiotic.
"Oh! And what I'm supposed to do, you're a billionaire, solve it!" she yelled.
"M… My bad," I mumbled.
She moved back to the hospital.
I began thinking that it was such a bad idea, coming to a woman I barely know her full name. Maybe Jake was right; I was not thinking clearly.
I rode the car in desperation and sorrow. Brandon came over and sat beside me. In a regretting move, I put my head on the wheel, looking down and wishing that I didn't come here.
"Hmm… Are you okay, boss?" Brandon in a faint tone.
After a few seconds, "What do you think?" I responded.
As smiling, he said, "I think she is gorgeous."
"No dummy, what do you think about me, not her… " he looked stupid.
"I… I think you are gorgeous too… " Brandon got embarrassed since he was a blond, his cheeks turned red.
I couldn't stop myself from laughing even though I was in a miserable situation, "I… I asked you about me if I was okay, not… " I couldn't finish my sentence because of laughter.
"Oh…!" he wondered and started laughing as well. First, he looked stupid, but after, an incredible innocence appeared in his eyes.
I kinda moved away from the sad emotions and, thanks to Brandon.
Knock! Knock! I turned and saw Sara standing out of the car; while the rain began falling profusely. Immediately, I opened the window.
She gazed at me weirdly and said, "Aren't you going to let me in?"
"Oh, yes, yes, of course." I opened the backdoor for her.
She entered saying nothing and stayed in that position for a few minutes while I was confused, waiting for her to say something, looking at her in the mirror, seeing her drying her hair, but never talked.
"So, what's your name?" Brandon asked her nicely.
"Sara, you?"
"Oh, my name Is Brandon," he smiled and waved with his hand.
"Nice to meet you, Brandon. Can you pass me the tissue paper next to you, please?"
"Oh, here you go" Brandon gave her the paper.
"Thank you," Sara said politely.
I just kept watching them acting friendly without caring about the weird atmosphere we were in.
I listened to her sneezing. Most of the time, I would get apprehensive seeing those behaviors, and, however, I smiled and suddenly burst out laughing hilariously.
-Their simplicity was unbelievable, they were totally matched with each other; it was pure innocence, like the babies.-
As I laughed, both of them stared at me, surprised, "OMG! The kid is crazy!" mockery, Sara said.
I took advantage of her speech; a diabolical idea came to my head.
To begin with, I started the engine. In addition, my laughter became crazier, louder, furthermore, I sped rashly like the American movies. I kept going faster and faster. My voice, while I was laughing, went louder and louder, until they were a hundred percent sure that I lost my mind.
The screaming voices were volatilizing inside the car, but the one who nearly pee himself, was Brandon, though Sara wanted to push me and hit me she knew that it's too dangerous, especially when the car reaches 300 km per hour, a small jerk in the wheel could make the car deviate, and then we all die.
After I touched the car's limit, which is 350 km per hour, I began pressing the brakes until the car stopped.
As we stopped, they relived and kept staring at me with a widely opened mouth and bulging eyes.
I shushed for a moment and turned to Sara, looked at her for a moment and, Bang! I yelled at her face.
It didn't go well; I had to go back to the hospital as Sara punched me in the face when I yelled at her face, and after she knew I was just kidding.
The doctors ended the nose's bleeding and put a small fixer to keep my nose stable.
After they finished, I was about to leave when Sara came to me again in front of the emergency room.
She was putting her hands in her pockets; she seemed a little embarrassed, "Are you okay?"
"What do you think?" I was bummed.
"Um, you look fine," she settled my jacket's collar.
Both of us smiled. "So, how are you doing?" she asked.
"I'm excellent… well, except my nose, but it's not a big deal," I answered as I felt like I was over the moon when she put her hands on me.
After she laughed at the joke with a low voice, she asked, "What about your problems?" she looked worried.
I kept looking at her; I was under the magic of her eyes. I can tell that we had a moment, a perfect moment.
So, I got close to her ear and whispered, "It's gone."
Sara was surprised and after a moment, she smiled, "well, I'm happy for you."
"Great… take care then!"
I left her and walked away. After a few steps, I looked back at her to take another image and saved it in my head to spend the night without her; it was a feeling that I never ever experienced before.
As walking to the car where Brandon was waiting, I started questioning, "Wow! Is that love? Joan! Are you in love? It's incredible! I mean, she cleared your head and removed all the desperate ideas out of your mind without even talking to you… Wow! Absolutely wow!"
The nurses and the people in the hospital were staring at me; maybe because I was the Handsome Prince, and I was speaking to myself like a maniac.
-I didn't care about what they were thinking of me, and believe me when I say that I wasn't the guy who doesn't care about what people say or about his reputation… spending less than an hour with her could make me a different person and make a heavy change in my Personality.-
