Perhaps their argument tonight was uncalled for. Perhaps she had been a bit too harsh. Thoughts lingered in her as she returned to the bedroom, her body wet with droplets from the bath she had. More and more thoughts laced her mind as she tucked herself to sleep.
They weren't on good terms. Her anger still flared up whenever she recalled the incident at the cafe, she still hated him for being dishonest— deliberately lying to her face but never in her life had she been labeled as being rude. Blunt maybe, perhaps even strong-headed but never rude. She made laudable efforts to ensure her actions and words never come off as rude. She hated rude people. She didn't want to become a sample of what she hated. But reflecting on the conversation she had with Leo mere minutes ago, recalling the words that were lashed out with a somewhat quelled indignance, she now saw her actions for what they were. Flat-out rude.
