The alarm clock inside an apartment, ranged twice but it was ignored yet again by someone who lay in a deep sleep on his bed after having spent most of the night hours at a clubhouse downtown and he had returned home late than usual before going to bed completely drunk and tired enough to leave his bedroom door open and slept on the same outfit without taking supper.

"Buzz, buzz"

The alarm kept ringing incessantly and he was beginning to feel irritated by the sound as he buried his head on his pillow.
