Lilith's POV
Linden and Edgar were both placed in the same tent while i helped nurse them back to health. i especially had to take care of Edgar as he was injures the most. his condition was critical and he was still in a coma.
Linden's POV
my woman was by the side of my brother i couldn't stand it at all. it hurt me more than my wounds. i wanted to touch her, feel her and then everything went black. i had lost consciousness and when i woke up i was in my room in my palace. where was she, was seeing her again all just a dream. i tried getting up from my bed but my whole body ached. i could see bandages all around my chest and waist. Darren was in my room sitting on a chair "your highness, our country is victorious, we have won the war and expanded our empire." said Darren. i just ignored him and dismissed him. he left silently without a word and i was still left with the challenge of moving. i wanted to see Lilith so bad and i managed to move better. i got off of my bed and started walking towards the door. i pulled the door and started walking towards her room which was at the bottom of the hallway. i wish i hadn't distanced her, i wish i kept her close to me. i walked into her room but she wasn't there. where could she be i started getting anxious...
