Chapter 7 - The Crusade

Previously Naruto opened a letter and the first couple of words he saw were.

"Dear Champion"-Letter

Naruto is confused as only the lady of the lake and the giants called him that but as he read on it started to click.

"Dear Champion,

You have been requested to go to Camelot and serve as the thirteenth knight of the round table for King Arthur and prevent a malicious prophecy from coming true. This has always been your destiny to fight alongside one of the greatest kings in history. The letter has a composed imbedded into it, it will point towards the portal that leads to Camelot and once you have stepped through the portal you will be greeted by one of, if not the greatest mage known to mankind Merlin.I implore you to set of the very minute you can as Camelot is in need of its missing knight."-Letter

Naruto now knowing what he must do decided the very next day he will set off for Camelot. The birds are chirping and the sun rays gleam upon Naruto's window he has to tell the hokage that he needs to leave the village temporarily and so he gets up ,puts a fresh set of clothes on, has his food and sets of he must do one thing before he leaves so he visited 'Naruots' gravestone and sat there and he thought to himself that this is a new beginning and the name Naruto must be used again as a remembrance that "I too was once weak"-Naruto.So he goes to the hokage's office and he knocks on the door there he is told to come in.

"I wish to leave the village I don't know for how long but I estimate a couple of years"-Naruto

"Is there any reasoning for this sudden departure"-Hiruzen

"Yes there is but it's is too personal and I humbly request that it stays a secret with me"-Naruto

"Fine you can leave but I'm only giving you until 7 years if you do not come back within those seven years we will mark you as a rogue ninja"-Hiruzen

"Thank you and seven years will be enough"-Naruto

So now Naruto set off without saying anything to his team and started his crusade to Camelot.
