However, Greats cannot have wined humans. So, humans, unlucky, cannot it too…

In ancient legend say, Keeper shall come to exterminate our enemies and sow a peace!"

"Grandfather! Grandfather! If Keeper sow a peace, can we will see parents?"

Tall oldster down on one knee. "I swear, Tom".

"Retreat! We cannot stop enemies!" a loudly voice was shouting from afar.

"I swear, my dear Tom…"

"Retreat!"

Thomas left the dream. He laid on a smoking ground without hand. Half ribs were torn out by an explosion. Gats creepy away. A blood was burning in the mouth. Black giants were stepping and creating craters. "Damn it!" Swore Thomas activing Ki-Magic.

A paw of giant falls down. Thomas managed to jump in side. Injured warrior was running, catching his gats. The lungs were suffocating. Ki-Magic party helped.

Now the warrior had a few time to escape a danger zone. After, if nobody provides medical care, he'll die. "I must manage to return on the base!"

Cracks dismembered a ground. Toward the warrior longed an Earth throat. "Fuck! Fuck!" Thomas looked back. Coal-dark giants were approaching. They were pouring fire on screaming solders. Fire stream ran near the warrior.

"No!" Shouted he and jumped down. Fire stream born a place where the warrior stood…

'Damn it. I'm alive?'

Thomas felt like a spoiled milk what whipping up. The warrior tried to rise. His all body hurt.

'The case is rubbish. My wounds! My ki-magic is not enough for complete healing. Most likely, this place will become my tomb. I can't see anything at all because of the darkness.

The entrance is covered with debris? No, is there a small strip of light up there? Stop, I hear ... a crash!'

A stone fell next to Thomas. The dungeon shuddered. A lump appeared on Thomas ' forehead.

'I need shelter.'

Gritting his teeth, Thomas crawled. To protect himself from infection, he put a torn jacket under his belly.

'In any case, it will not be possible to get out through that crevice. Our guys lost. I doubt that my comrades will recapture it in the near future.'

"Damn you, you Great Freaks!" croaked Thomas, dragging his wounded belly over the rocks. Even through the jacket, their uneven edges hurt.

The warrior stopped, catching his breath. "There should be raw ki stones in the caves, at least of low quality. We weren't defending a couple of dilapidated barns."

The warrior continued his search. Blue lights twinkled in the distance. "Thank the Guardian, come to me, my dear stones ki!"

Thomas barely crawled to the glowing stones. He took one of them and squeezed it with his fingers. The stone began to melt. There was blood on his hands. Thomas grimaced and stopped.

"Shoddy impurities. Where do so many impurities come from?! If I absorb the stones in such an unrefined form, my condition will only worsen."

Thomas spat, put the stones in a bag. It was a reserve exclusively for an emergency.

The warrior continued to crawl like a cave slug. His hands were numb. "I will definitely get out! Come on! I will definitely, definitely see my parents again!"

Thomas took a break, this time he could not move on for a long time. His strength had almost completely left him.

"I'm... ha... ha-ha-ha-ha!" laughed Thomas. "Did it really come to me that one desire is not enough? There were many stubborn and brave guys among my comrades, but the Great Ones took them all.

Have we become equal to the Great Ones? Perhaps we were once their equals. Now we are on the verge of extinction, and the Keeper is holed up in a dungeon.

The legends were lying. You lied to me, Grandpa!"

Thomas stared into the void. He didn't know where to crawl. The warrior lowered his head, sinking into sleep. "Parents… We'll see each other in the next world, right? Eh?"

Thomas felt the tremors beneath him. Small fragments of stones fell from above. The desperate warrior's consciousness was slowly fading away.

"I lost… I was deceived… Damn Guardian… Did you even exist?"

A rumble resounded from the bowels of the earth. Through his half-closed eyes, Thomas could see something rising from the floor. The bright light temporarily blinded Thomas.

"What is this?!" The warrior blinked rapidly. The radiance came from the golden gate. Despite the complete darkness around, the gate itself gave birth to a deep light.

The warrior did not take his eyes off the strange object. "What could it be?"

The gate opened. A couple of golden ki-stones flew into Thomas' head.

"Ouch! Wait, this? The stones are of the highest quality! Thomas was carefully examining the stones.

The old pain and fatigue, as if they had been artificially removed from him. The warrior was in no hurry to immediately absorb them. He glanced at the gate.

Behind them, a golden, pure light swayed. This light was like the sun of hope.

"What are you waiting for? "a distorted voice sounded," Absorb them, and then help me finally free myself, people are very sad without me, do you understand?"
