It had been two days since Grace had encountered Miguel in the bar and for a moment, he had completely slipped through her mind.
When it came to making sure that the budgets were correctly made, a few things had started to slip through her mind that were not of complete importance.
"Is everything alright, Miss Russo?" Penny asked, appearing to be nervous again.
"What?" She moved, her face towards Penny and after a few seconds, finally moved her eyes too. "What did you say?"
"I asked if everything was okay.."
"Oh, yes. Everything is fine. You don't need to worry about it. How about you submit your application to the HR and tell her to talk to me too?"
Penny's face lit up. "Yes, of course. I'm going to draft the letter and I'm going to submit it to the HR and-and yes, I'll tell her to talk to you."
It was a hard time to not smile at Penny's enthusiasm. Her assistant got up and almost ran to the door.
