The alarm rang and his eyes opened with it.
Christian raised come and turned the clock off to close his eyes for another minute.
He pulled off the covers from his body and swung his legs down. The first thing hit was wash his face in the bathroom before changing into his gym clothes.
One of the rooms in his house has been dedicated to his home gym and this was where he spent two hours of his morning.
He started with the treadmill first, taking a brisk walk before it was converted into a jog, and eventually into a run. It was the same schedule as every day that ended up with him boxing against a punching bag.
Some of his frustration and energy were used in these two hours, and it helped him regulate everything else for the entire day. After taking a cold shower, when he washed himself of the sweat and grime, he moved into his closet.
His clothes had already been chosen by him earlier, and now laid out by his housekeeper.
