Grace spent five minutes with grandmother alone before the doctor came for his rounds. By the luck that she had on his face, he was quite happy with what had happened. The news had reached him.
"I believed that you could do it. I had all the paperwork ready to be submitted, it will be done by tomorrow morning." He informed her with a smile. "I cannot thank you enough for this."
He was certainly very excited. Perhaps he had been waiting for the same machine for a very long time. Why would the hospital not invest in the machine that was going to make them a lot of money and was going to heal a lot of people? That should have been the goal to begin with.
"Sure, um, it's okay." She nodded, "when will the machine be here if you get everything done by tomorrow?"
"I can't say that myself," he admitted. "It would be their response that tells me everything, from what, how and when. When I receive it, I will let you know."
