When it came relieving for the day, Christian had come to her office. Penelope was inside, catching her up with what had been done today and what they had to push on for tomorrow.
It only took a few more minutes before they were off into the direction of the hospital.
Christian was on a call again, but this time it was not stressful at all. Rather, he spoke fluent French, and from what she could understand, he was talking about the belt of the company that was going to be constructed there. She frowned, not understanding the difference if it was the building for the office or the manufacturing house. She missed it and now could not remember exactly what he said.
It was a good distraction until it lasted. They arrived at the hospital and this time it was with the driver, so they both got off at the entrance. Grace remembered exactly where they were supposed to go but with each foot forward, she felt more dreaded.
