RAIS Pov
She knew where she could find them. It's not so hard to guess, since they liked to talk about their 'adventures' in front of others. Rumors travel fast.
So she set off a few minutes later, stopped at a cross-walk, and waited for her turn to pass, suddenly remembering that she still hadn't contacted her grandfather.
She took her phone out of her sweatshirt pockets and called him on the phone against her right ear. While it was ringing, Harmony looked up and looked straight ahead, she wasn't staring at anything, in particular, she looked pensive.
But strangely, there was something different. Yet it was still the same person... right?
The call finally connected,
"Hi, Grandpa," she said, getting right to the point and added, "You already know why I call you Grandpa. Help Cassandre get out of this mess. I'll take care of the rest," she said as she crossed the cross-walk.
She didn't give him time to answer and added, "Whatever happens, you have to help her out of this shit."
"Harmonie-"
"You have to help Cassandre, please, that's all I ask."
She cut the call off before she even heard what her grandfather had to say. She resumed her path and set off to arrive at her destination, looking up at the sky.
The sky had darkened and stars were beginning to appear. Harmonie let out a big sigh and then her eyes fell on the bar.
The bar was very popular with the students at her school, especially those who qualified as rowdy. They liked to come and hang out in this area, which could be dangerous, but they didn't care. But the bar was their favorite place, she looked up and read the sign, 'Départ'. A slight mocking smile formed on her face, 'Departure, huh? How ironic!' she thought. She walked up to the front door of the bar and pulled on it.
Harmonie entered the bar. The bell rang to announce the arrival of a new customer. She scanned the room, her eyes landed quickly on her target, well, her targets. She then started to get closer to them and stopped behind one of them. They had not noticed her coming or her presence, they were rather concentrated, head bent watching a video on the phone in front of them. She didn't know what they were watching, but knew it was probably something she wouldn't enjoy watching, by hearing the comments they said.
When she judged that it was the right time to announce her presence, she tapped lightly on the shoulder of the person sitting in front of her, the person turned around and was shocked by Harmonie's presence. Harmonie still had her slight smile on her face, but it was no longer a mocking smile.
"Hi, Angel," she said, she then turned her attention to the other members of the group,
"Hi, others." Angel then suddenly stood up, she was a head taller than Harmonie and looked at Harmonie menacingly, but Harmonie didn't look fazed by it.
"What are you doing here?" asked Angel, Harmonie said nothing, she just watched her, silently.
After a few seconds, she finally separated her gaze from Angel's, however, the latter had the impression that it had lasted longer than a few seconds. She then saw her, take her phone out of the pocket of her black sweatshirt, took her bag off her back, and put her phone in the bag.
She then took a few steps back, put her bag on an empty chair, and then returned to her original position, that is, facing Angel.
"What do you want? And stop smiling, it disgusts me!" spat the young blond with green eyes to Harmonie,
The last sentence triggered Harmonie and so made her remember the look of Cassidy a few hours earlier, and she unconsciously clenched her fists and her smile froze.
Angel, thinking that Harmonie wanted to fight with her as she saw her clench her fists, smirked and said,
"Ohh you want to fight?" She took off her leather jacket, took a step back, and put it on her chair before turning to Harmonie,
"If you want to fight then follow me," she said as she walked to the middle of the room, judging that it was the perfect place to fight given the lack of table and chair in that particular spot, the space was apparently made for such occasions as the people around turned most of their chairs to better see their interactions, smiling.
Angel signaled to Harmonie to come closer, but the girl had not moved a hair and was still looking at her with her smile, which was becoming more and more strange. Angel felt chills run down her spine from the top of her neck to the small of her back.
Not liking to be in a position of weakness, Angel frowned, then suddenly remembering that she had in hand something that would push Harmonie to react and even better to want to fight, the smirk returned to her face. Harmonie saw her smile, stopped smiling, and tilted her head slightly to her right as if to silently ask her why she was smiling, but deep down she knew she had to prepare herself for the worst with what Angel was surely going to tell her, and she was right to prepare herself.
She straightened up from her fighting stance and stood up straight,
"You know today, this afternoon, we welcomed a new member into one of our cells."
"And I think you know who it is...", she raised an eyebrow, Harmonie then heard the group behind her laugh, she turned to look at them.
"Of course, she knows!" the boy added, seeing the look Harmonie was giving, he looked back at her.
'Something's wrong with that boy,' Harmonie thought, but despite that, her face was still neutral.
Angel on her side had come closer to Harmonie, just as Harmonie was showing signs that she was going to turn towards her. She quickly raised her right arm and clenched her fist. Before Harmonie could even face her, she decided to take action and punch her in the face.
A few seconds later, the eyes of all the people in the room went wide.
A few seconds earlier,
Angel was about to hit Harmonie when everyone thought that her fist was going to reach Harmonie, the latter stopped her action and caught her fist with her left hand a few inches from her jaw. People didn't have time to be surprised because right after she punched her stomach with her right hand. Following the hit and due to the pain, Angel was forced to bend over and Harmonie took the opportunity to give her a slap right on her left ear.
Angel then fell on her buttocks and heard her left ear whistling, she felt something at the level of her nostril, she raised her left hand, leaning on her right hand since she felt dizzy and touched with her index, major, and ring finger her upper lip.
Her eyes widened when she felt a viscous liquid on her fingertips, she moved her hand away to take a look and saw that the tips of her fingers were red. She was getting a nosebleed, specifically from her left nostril.
"Oh, shit! Are you okay?" said Harmonie, everyone looked at her questioningly, but the questions they were probably asking themselves were quickly answered by Harmonie.
"Don't do that again. I was scared!" Angle felt like she was laughing at her and asks angrily,
"Are you making fun of me?" Harmonie did not answer and turned away,
"Where are you going?" shouted Angel, "I forbid you to leave! Come back here!!!"
Harmonie quickly went to her bag, opened it, and took out a packet of tissues, she closed her bag and turned back to Angel. Angel tried to stand up missing Harmonie's return, her vision suddenly darkened, which made her let go, she closed her eyes and prepared to meet the ground.
Not feeling any pain, she quickly opened her eyes. Harmonie had just saved her, which again shocked Angel. Harmonie helped her to sit up and then gave her the packet of tissues, she took it and took out a tissue before placing it on her nostril and the left part of her upper lip and raised her head,
"No," Harmonie said as she placed her hand on Angel's head and lowered her head slightly,
"you have to lower your head, if you put your head back blood can spread in your throat, and you risk choking. So you have to bend your head, then you have to try to blow your nose, but gently, and block your nostril for about ten minutes, to allow the blood to clot. And finally, you will have to go to the pharmacy to find a serum that will allow you to get rid of the clotted blood. I have for once unfortunately forgotten to bring some with me." she added by whispering the last part.
Harmonie then looked up and noticed that Angel stared at her questioningly, understanding what she wanted to ask, she then said:
"A member of my family tends to get nosebleeds when the weather changes." She left her crouched position and decided to opt for a cross-legged sitting position,
"And to answer your question, no, I wasn't making fun of you. I tend to react violently without thinking about it when I'm surprised, like you did. Surprise attacks are not for me. And also-
Nothing, forget it." she said, stroking the back of his head,
"Oh!" said Angel, Harmonie looked at her and then finally decided that it was the right time for her to ask her question, but before she could say anything screams were heard.
Angel raised his head and Harmonie turned hers. Once again, their eyes widened.
Angel was the first to snap out of her stupor,
"What the hell are you doing, Nathan?" Angel shouted at the young blond man,
'Oh, that's his name!' Harmonie thought, 'Oh, fuck!'
