He gave up and glared at them.
Opening his mouth as he attempted to speak, his words were immediately halted as soon as he heard a voice behind him.
"How? How is it possible that you can see me?"
Aiden immediately struck out with his right hand which was blocked by the clan leader who had already placed his two hands forward as a blockade.
But even that wasn't enough as the force behind the attack caused him to roll backward until he used his wings, spreading them all out in an attempt to stop his body from colliding with the wall.
Something which he succeeded in doing so, but only after he had decided to regain his composite did he feel the gnawing pain from both his hands.
At first, he had thought that their strength was high but not too high to the point that he couldn't at least put up a fight. And since he had dodged their sneak attack once, he thought that he could do it again.
