Looking at his brother's expression Savvas immediately dropped the idea of following through with his plan.
"And how about the other one? How was her reaction?" Savvas said?
"That little girl almost cost us our lives" Old man Bael breathed out as he seethes his teeth while remembering the past incident.
"I still wonder why you agreed to let her join the expedition" He added.
"You should know my hands were also tied Bael" Savvas said.
Placing the item back on his desk, Savvas glanced at it one more time, before looking at his brother one last time.
"Anything else I should know about?" He added.
Unwrapping the two swords that had been tied together by a piece of clothes, Old man Bael held them in place as he kept them on Savvas desk.
"This was his swords" Old man Bael said.
"You meant the clan's artefacts" Savvas added.
