The butler knew that messenger. He was the smartest giant gopher in the Dragon Castle.
When Mike asked him to find a smart messenger, the butler was the one who brought the giant gopher to Mike.
Seeing the giant gopher return to the castle meant that the task given to it was completed. The butler planned to turn around and leave.
Suddenly, Mike's voice came from behind the butler.
"Butler, wait a minute, I have something to talk to you about!"
After hearing Mike's words, the butler turned around and walk towards Mike's position again.
