I looked at the man who was holding me so tight as if he was afraid to lose me.
I tapped his hand, "You don't have to hold on so tight."
He whispered as he nudged me with his head, "I fear this might all just be a long dream."
I chuckled, "If it was, it would be a nightmare and not a dream."
He clicked his tongue, "Do you really believe that?"
I nodded, "Aren't I right?"
His sharp and ferocious eyes met mine, "You aren't. I've been dreaming about this day for so many years… What took you so long to return?"
I snickered, "Why do you think I would have returned?"
"Because you had to."
"Mmn." I hummed softly, "How did you know it was me? When did you know?"
His hand rubbed mine gently, "I suspected you from the very beginning."
I looked at him incredulously, "What!? How?"
He gave a faint smile, "The look you gave me when I first saw you on top of that roof. I will never forget it."
