Alyx's investigators interviewed each cast, crew, and staff of the entire film, one by one. They didn't invite the police to help them because this matter should not reach the press.
A few hours after the investigation began, Kane called Alyx and said that Yanarym's condition stabilized and needed three weeks off to fully recover.

Yanarym didn't die either so if she was caught, she would just say that she didn't mean it and she had no idea what she had done. No one informed her about her allergy and Yanarym said nothing when she gave the food to her. Alyx was just exaggerating the incident, that's all. Certainly, Yanarym would forgive her, because she's a hypocrite bitch after all.
Alyana confidently walked out of the restroom and answered every question of the investigator without getting guilty. After investigating everyone on the set, the investigators gave Alyx their conclusion. It turned out that Alyana Lawson was the suspect in what happened to Yanarym.
When Alyx found out, which he already speculated, he let the others leave and gave them a holiday pay for three weeks.
It took an overnight before they assured who was the culprit. He couldn't leave on-site because he wanted to catch that person red-handed.
