Silvia glared at the piece of paper in their hand, she crumpled it and threw it into the bin. She got into her car and drove home, she began to ponder
"a month pregnant?!!!" she yelled.
"I can't be. This can't be possible. She parked the car by the side of the road and began to do some "calculations"
"But we were protected and I never skipped my morning pills"
She thought so hard her forehead began to hurt. A memory flashed into her brain, she remembered the time she had stayed indoors with Steve all through. She was too lost in the moment she forgot herself. She yelled and screamed and finally sobbed. This was a bad turn for her, she knew she could not even blame it on Dilan who not for once even gave her a handshake.
"Steve!!!"
She drove to her house in annoyance. She threw her purse on the couch and began to think of a solution
"If I tell him....he might want us to get married" she concluded. With the way steve professed his love for her over and over again she knew that telling him that she was pregnant would crown everything up.
"I'll abort the child. Yes! and he doesn't even have to know" she concluded patting herself for bringing up such a wonderful solution.
Her phone rang, and she hissed
"Hey babe"
"Steve"
"Can you come over to my office?" He asked
"No steve" she answered meanly
"Why?"
"Am...tired" she stammered.
"Okay I'll come over and with that, he cut the call"
She threw her phone on the floor smashing the screen into pieces.
"Act fast Silvia!"
She went up to her room.
After an hour she heard someone knock, she opened the door
"Steve"
"How are you?" he said kissing her like he hadn't seen her for a thousand years.
"Am fine" she said pushing him away
"Why are you acting like this Silvia?"
"What do you mean?!"
"For the past four weeks, you've been acting like a pregnant woman"
Silvia fell silent thinking of what to say
"I was joking but you are acting weird"
"Food is ready," she said running into the kitchen.
She dished the food out but when the smell got caught up in her nostril she ran into the toilet
"Silvia, are you okay?"
"Am fine" she said pushing him out.
He patted her on the back and lifted her. He laid her on the couch
"Your temperature is high. .let's go and see a doctor"
"No!" she yelled
"Why?!"
"It's.... because...I missed you for a long time your touch... your brother" she muttered squeezing him.
"They missed you too" he replied kissing her. He pressed her bosom while his fingers twitched her nipple
She yelped in pain.
"Are you okay?"
"They hurt"
"Sorry...." he said soothing the pain with his tongue gently.
He looked at her.
"They seemed to have grown bigger"
Silvia pushed him aside...he was noticing too much and already suspecting something was up.
"There of normal size...besides their mine, not yours" she struggled to stand up.
"Where are you going?" he asked her
"Am going to pee you want to follow me?" she asked curtly
"Yes" he smiled
She groaned. Just a step away from him she felt dizzy and went unconscious
"Silvia!!" Steve yelled
Silvia woke up but closed her eyes immediately. She opened them slowly adjusting them to the light
"Where am I?" she asked no one, in particular, trying to stand up.
"Be careful ma'am" a nurse answered. Silvia looked at the nurse turning to the other side she saw Steve with a frown on his face
He sat down close to her and held her hand
"You're pregnant babe.... you're carrying our child"
