"Come my dear" Mr. Thor gestured to her to sit by him. She walked in elegantly and sat by Mr. Thor. He was stunned by her confidence, unlike other girls who seemed too scared to approach him. He hated girls who are weak, and feeble-minded, he saw them as of no use to their husbands'
"My son ood eye" he murmured
"It doesn't just depend on the eyes alone" she replied
Liam forced a smile at her before walking away, Linax followed suit as he was curious on why Liam had suddenly become moody. Nix left the trio to go clarify his assumptions
"Liam likes lily?" he chuckled to himself as he left.
He didn't expect this man to fall so easily for lily, first, it was Linax now Liam, and him too. Love is powerful he thought, only if he wished it could tie down this stronger man- Dilan. Mr. Thor haven seeing that Dilan and lily needed time alone stood up and gave lily a warm hug
"Take care of him"
"I will" she replied in a low tone. He freed her from his hug. When they were both alone, she held him by the hand and led him towards a solace place she had recently found out. She sat by the tree and gestured for Dilan to sit, he sat like an obedient puppy without uttering any sound. There was a long deafening silence between them, she kept her gaze at the space while he just looked at her as if waiting for her to say something.
"I can't love you"...
"I'm photophobic" she added softly as she stared into his glimmering blue eyes.
"So you have nothing to worry about...I won't force you to give me attention either or try to make you love me"
She looked at him to see if she could read his reactions but his face remained the same, his eyes as empty as ever.
"That's okay right?"
He nodded. She sighed in relief. After a while, she stood up and left him without saying a word to him, besides there was no need for interaction between both of them since there was no sign of affection from either of them and there was no hope of any.
"Mum....!!!" Silvia clenched her fists in anger
"How could you let this happen how?!" Silvia barked as she scattered the whole place in fury.
Mrs. Quinn was still silent, She pondered for a while before she stood up from where she sat. She brought out her phone and dialed a number
"Eliminate her" and she cut the line. She went back to her seat smiling, Silvia who just watched her moved from where she was and sat down next to her mom
"Mom...."
"Don't worry child.....He's still yours"
"How...?" she asked in a broken voice
Mrs. Quinn patted her on her back
"Once she's gone you'll take her place," she said with assurance in her voice.
"But what of if it fails...what of if we get caught....you know Mr. Thor won't..."
"Shh...little child leave this to your mother...Mr. Thor won't find out a thing...and it won't fail....it can never fail" she said with finality.
