Nix was in a sudden fit of rage. Linax was confused was it because of Lily or her friend and her boy
"Nix!" but he got no response
"What happened?!"
Nix didn't say a word till they got home. Dilan was in the living room when nix barged inside. He walked up straight to his room.
Dilan looked at Linax for a while as is communicating with him through sight. Dilan sighed and followed nix. He entered his room, it was a cold as a freezer his knuckles already white.
"What happened" Dilan asked coldly
Nix didn't say a word
"I thought you had taken care of it"
Nix didn't say a word but the seemed to had gotten more angry
Dilan sat on his bed brought out his phone as he scrolled through it. There was absolute silence for a long time.
Nix looked at Dilan and felt utterly frustrated
"I thought I had"
Dilan hesitated and looked at him and returned his gaze to his phone
"What of lily?!"
Dilan gazed at nix with a cold stare
"I have nothing with her"
"...."
"You better move on!"
"Like you did huh?!"
He stood up and headed towards the door
"Yea like I did"
Nix laughed out coldly like a villain who had just caught his preys. He looked totally horrifying at that moment.
Dilan walked out. Nix hit the wall with a full force as if exerting his anger on it. His hands were already bleeding profusely as an impact he had made on the wall. Something had come into his mind immediately
"Sigh let it not be" as he slumped on the bed.
Dilan headed towards his room but paused on the way.
"Linax!"
"Mm"
"Take care of nix" as he gazed at him intensely as if warning him of angering him further.
He went into his room leaving the linax frozen.
"I'll be back Mayan"
"Ok" Betty left to get some drinks
"You Ok?"
"mm"
"I know you don't like me but I promise not to hurt your friend I lo....."
Lily turned cold. She didn't want to here his last sentence. Mayan felt shivers run down his spine he swallowed his words and kept quiet. Betty was back in a jiffy but she was surprised to find Mayan scared.
She knew it was lily. She wondered what Mayan had told her. She felt Mayan was getting uncomfortable
"Uhm...Lily let me escort Mayan home I'll meet you later Ok?"
"ok"
They left hurriedly
"Does your friend... I mean lily have a boyfriend??"
"No why ask?"
"Well...she does seem scary??"
"Really?"
"Yes but I think she's like that because she's alone"
"You think so?"
"Yes"
Betty hadn't really thought that lily could ever feel lonely or even feel anything. She had always been busy all the time she barely had time for herself.
And besides.....
"Mm Ok I'll see what I can do for her"
"Ok bye let me get home"
"Any problem??"
"You should get back to her I don't want her to....."
"Ok bye" she hugged him and left
