Phoenix woke up with a sounding headache as he slid down the bed, he turned the other side but Sasha wasn't by his side.
He sighed
He dressed up and left for home. His parents had travelled for some 'important meeting" as they would always say. Phoenix never spent time with his parents while growing up, they would leave very early in the morning and return late at night but never bothered about his life affairs only his studies.
On his birthday they would send him lots of gifts and money possibly throw a party but they were never around, but he had gotten used to it over the years. Every morning he would wake up to find a letter and an envelope with lots of cash inside.
"Good morning son, here is a little token for your upkeep. Be a good boy we love you"
He walked into the bathroom to cool off, droplets of water ran down his body as he turned the shower on while the memories of what happened last night came flashing back into his mind

He hit the tiled wall so hard that the impact had cracked the wall. Though he was rich, and free to live his life anyhow owing with the absence of his parents, but unlike others he was responsible and had a well behaved character that made him outstanding among all other boys in and around the school.
Girls fall head heel over him, dreaming of the slightest chance to date or befriend him yet it never made him arrogant he was always humble and pure well till yesterday night.
"What did I do..." he questioned himself
He was displeased with himself for the reason being that he had always to wanted to keep himself for marriage and abstain from anything that would defile him, he didn't want to get bonded with someone now or worse have a child out of wedlock.
He got out of the bathroom still feeling irritated.
"I love her but....." he thought
"Why why!!!!" the first reason he decided to date her was because of peer pressure and class but then he observed that he had fallen for her over time.
"Damn!"
He called her line but she didn't pick up
After thinking so hard for a long time he reasoned within himself that she might also feel the same way towards him.
"Well am sure she loves me too" he smiled
He tried her line again but she still didn't pick up, he dressed up to go and meet her. When he got to her house he was told by the maid that she wasn't around. He got frustrated even more.
He went back into the car and was about to drive out when he saw her come out from a black jeep parked in front of his car, he wished to run to her but he saw her with his friend
"Benny?!"he screamed within himself
He perceived they were talking of something and got closer to them to hear them.
"Baby I have missed you so much"
"Me too sweetheart"
"But you haven't told me where you went to yesterday"
"Oh...I went to a party"
"With who? Phoenix?"
"Well yes"
"Come on babe but I thought the bet was over"
Phoenix froze instantly
"Well it is I did defile him yesterday though he wasnt as sweet as I thought he was"
"So what else? you have done what you are meant to do" benny asked with an angry face.
"I know but I want to enjoy myself a little with him"
"how?"
"You and I know that he is every girls dream so I want to finish him up till he becomes nothing to me and then....just leave him shattered"
"Its good but....."
"No buts you know I am yours only and no one can take me away from you right" she shut him up.
"Yes I know but be fast"
"I don't want you falling in the hands of Mr good boy" he added
"I won't baby" she kissed him
Phoenix got out of his hiding spot, and stood at their back watching.
"Bye sweet..." Sasha paused.
Benny turned and saw phoenix staring at them with no single expression on his face.
Benny was phoenix best friend since child hood, they had grown up together and were very much close to each other as phoenix parents were barely around. Benny had always been jealous because of the attention phoenix always got from all sides.
Phoenix was disappointed that it had to be his childhood best friend but he wasn't surprised at all. He was played for a bet.
"if i had known" Phoenix said regretfully
After that incident Phoenix and Sasha broke up and never spoke to each other until...
