A little boy was walking through the mushroom forest. The basket was wobbling behind him. Her snow-white hair shone in the afternoon light.
Seven years have passed since the rebirth of the Duum.
Now the boy was looking for a Ghostly Snake. The reptile lived in the dark corners of the Mushroom Forest.
A white mushroom with black spots grew nearby.
"So, I'll collect lidan at the same time," Duum took out a knife and cut the mushroom. "Henry uses it to make my medicines. I'll take more on the way back."
In addition to white mushrooms, there were black mushrooms. They swayed slightly on their spiral legs.
"Heh-heh, and these look like spring mushrooms" the boy hid behind a tree mushroom and threw a stone.
Chponk!
"They are. Hehe, quite a useful thing for traps. I haven't seen them here before. Interesting-interesting!"
[Little Glau would definitely like it. He liked to jump on trampolines all day long. Once he jumped so high that he almost broke his neck. I ready burst into tears at the thought that I could have lost my only son.]
The Duum took a deep breath.
[What's it like to be a king, Glau? I hope you're not trying to jump too high?
Duum, Duum, Duum, even if your son is in trouble, are you able to help him now? No!
Useless, hehe, insignificant... ]
The boy shook his head, as if shaking off bad thoughts.
The Duum went on. The tree mushrooms grew bigger and taller. The mushroom thicket swallowed the light.
Now the boy was looking for special signs. The Ghost Snake itself is impossible to track, but the nest is another matter. Purple moss, dark mushrooms and rocks were considered the most reliable signs.
At the end of an hour, the Duum was in place.
[Now let's carefully explore the surroundings.] The boy wrapped a wet cloth around his face and climbed into a crevice between the rocks.
White eggs warmed under the awakened mother. The snake hissed, and a pungent smell filled the crevice.
"Sorry, friend. But you can't save your family. I am so sorry."
A sharp blow. The snake's hissing stopped.
Having stunned the reptile, the Duum twisted it with a ring and made bandages like a bundle of wires. "Pretty weird." Then the boy took the eggs.
[It's time to go home.] The Duum has left the nest.
Near the nest, the ground stood up like a hillock. There was a clang and crunch of metal, which remained distinct even from under the ground.
Without thinking, the Duum ran.
A column of dirt shot up into the air.
"I-yaya-I-yah-I-I-yarh!!! Sama-a-ah!" - the ears were filled with blood from the scream of an unknown monster.
[El-ludas!] The boy was winding between the mushrooms and tried not to lose the direction of the house. I turned around – there was no pursuit in sight. You can catch your breath. The Duum pressed against the leg of a tree mushroom, recovering his breath.
[My only weapon is a knife, huh?!] The boy rolled over. With a crack, the mushroom leg broke. [El-ludas! If I had hesitated, death would have been guaranteed!]
The enemy shouted louder than before:
"I-yaya-I-yarh!!! Samae! Nat Samae!"
His human silhouette, stripped of half of his head, inspired shivers.
My head buzzed. But there is no time for pain – the next blow. The boy dodged, pulled out a knife.
Touch. A screeching sound. Instead of sinking smoothly into the flesh, the blade bent. The Duum's hand was filled with fire. The enemy's toothy mouth gaped. The surviving part of the monster's face, covered with chips and cracks, expressed indifference. The boy moved his head to the side. The monster bit into the rock. It instantly turned into a pile of stones. The shadow of the Duum was disappearing far into the darkness.
The monster made a ticking sound and rushed after him. With terrifying power, it had a mediocre speed. After a few minutes, the Duum came off. My legs were swollen. My heart was pounding against my rib cage.
[This pathetic body will not survive a second race. My pae lives are chaotic to the extreme. Of course, I can overcome the pain, but then the body will simply die.] The Duum looked at the bent knife and smiled bitterly.
[What have I done wrong? Apparently, the guardian Samon didn't like that I took the Ghost Snake.]
Kela did not drink, did not eat. His insides were tormented by Guilt and Error – two inseparable pae. Unable to stand it, the young man began to scream. But the Guilt didn't go away. And then the son prayed to his father:
"O Monster of the World, your child has made a mistake! Punish the sinner!"
The father heard his son's request, sighed heavily. He pulled out the Guilt and Mistake from Kela's gut, collected Sola's Hatred scattered around the neighborhood. Then he found Kindness in the fragments of Kela's heart. Merged it together.
"From now on, every person will have a Sama! The one who performs feats will have a reward! The one who does evil will get a punishment! And the messengers of Sama will be the impartial Samons! Let Samae reign in the world!"
A beautiful girl with an emotionless face appeared before the young man.
"Samae! Any evil deed is despised by Samon!"
The beautiful monster opened its mouth. Kela was facing a battle with what he himself had created…

[I have a few minutes to come up with a plan. Running away is a disastrous idea.]
The Duum recreated the image of Samon in pieces: limping legs, a damaged right arm and a broken face.
[So the legs, the right temple. It is better to attack from the blind spot-from behind, or from the right!" A crippled knife could hardly serve. The Duum hid the blade in a satchel-basket.
"If I'm not lost, then spring mushrooms grow nearby.]
"Samae! Nat Samae! Nat Samae!"
The boy's heart fluttered. [Last push! If only it would work!] The Duum ran away, ran away and ran away. His lungs were filled with blood, and a thousand wounds were gnawing at his stomach. [El-ludas! Pae lives are nearing collapse! My speed has almost dropped to the bottom!]
Samon almost licked the tired boy's heels. The guard's sharp fangs creaked, shaking against each other. And the surviving hand swung, anticipating the blood of a sinner.
Finally, springy legs appeared behind the tree mushrooms. The boy grabbed the stones on the run. A blow came from the rear flank. The Duum tensed his whole body and dodged like a viper. The fist was now flying at the basket.
The guard snapped his teeth and changed his trajectory so as not to harm the Ghost Snakes. Samon paid for his valor with a stone in the temple.
[El-ludas! He managed to remove his head. However, there is a small scratch. Three small scratches in one place – this is already a normal scratch!]
"Yarh!"
Another blow was coming at the Doom. The boy tensed again, but suddenly his stomach tingled. The muscles were numb for a fraction of a second. [Things are bad.] Overcoming the body, the Duum made a not entirely successful dodge.
Samon, on the contrary, grazed the edge of the ribs, peeling the skin off them.
But the boy neither shouted nor screamed, only turned gray. He continued to carry out the adventure.
The Duum rushed to the mushrooms. The ferocious samon proceeded without persuasion. "If I accidentally touch the mushroom cap. Hehe, it's going to hurt." The boy landed between the hats and crawled under one of them.
Chponk! Chponk-chponk!
"Yarh-h-hr!" the wheezing Samon was thrown up.
[My chance! It's time to find out how my shooting skills have improved.] The spring leg shrank under the boy's efforts. The Duum placed the stone in the center of the cap. He took aim.
Knock-knock! Knock-knock! My heart was pumping blood dully, and my head was spinning.
The time stretched out seven times. The boy held his breath and listened to the pulse. Samon slowly swam up. As soon as he stopped and began to fall, the spring abruptly opened.
Chponk!
The stone flew backhand. A second minor scratch appeared on the right temple.
The Duum grinned.
"Hehe, I really didn't want to resort to this."
Samon collapsed on the ground. The mushroom forest was shaken. His guardian, despite the dead indifferent face, was angry to the depths of his mind.
"Ser Samon, do you want to get the "snakes" back?" The Duum opened the basket-satchel, "Then catch it."
Two eggs flew up to the hats of tall tree mushrooms. Samon's cold pupils rose behind them. The guardian prepared to save the children of the Ghost Snake…
The third scratch. Crunch. A screeching sound.
... Kela got up from the ground, pale and gloomy. Pae's Mistakes and Guilt did not weigh down his heart – their trace still smoldered in his gut.
"No, I have to overcome the perfect sin! I won't forgive myself if I lose!"
The brave young man rushed at the enemy. Samon went to meet him without malice, preparing sharp claws. The battle lasted a hundred days and a hundred nights. Both opponents were covered with layers of dust and dirt.
Another deputy. The young man was very tired: he said goodbye to the eye.
"Samae! Any evil deed is despised by the Samons! the girl sang lightly, refraining from anger and joy. Her stony face expressed only severity."
Kela laughed bitterly:
"You took my eye, but not my heart! My heart keeps beating!"
The young man scribbled on the ground with his boot. Dust flew up. Samon's vision was clouded. Kela punched Samon's torso with his bare hand.
"The heart! My heart is beating!"
"Samae. Having broken the sama, you will shake the samae" the Samon sighed and died.
The corpse crumbled into many flowers. A red flower sprouted into the palm of my hand. The flower with purple petals grabbed the heart.
"People make mistakes, violate the good and feel guilty, but each of them is able to overcome his punishment. They can even get a reward. My son, take the pae of Diligence and the pae of Humility. Use them for good and only good purposes."
"Yes, Great Father. I got it! Now I understand. I need to correct my mistakes to get rid of the guilt. And I swear that I will not return to my father's house until I get my brother back."
"My son..." The Monster of the World exhaled cold air.
Kela couldn't be stopped. The young man again resumed the search for his brother, having made a sacred oath.
So the family split into a Monster of the World, Rebellious and Destroyed.

"Samae! Biga Pakola mei Nath Samae? Pakola Samae... Pakola…"
Samon stupidly stared at one point and fell on his back.
The boy's half-dead body leaned against a mushroom. Along with the cough, the Duum coughed up gulps of blood. He hurried to eat a white mushroom with black specks. The dizziness increased, but the pain and agony passed: the chaotic pae of life decreased, even if it remained above normal.
"The taste is just stomach-knocking. It's getting uglier and uglier every time."
Mushrooms grew on the white top of the Duum. Nausea was added to the dizziness.
"Duu-oo-oom!!! Duu-oo-oom!!" shouts came from all sides. "Du-oo-oom! Glory to Duu-uuu-um! Glory to the most holy butcher!"
"Auditory hallucinations, let's do it later. I need to ensure my safety first, okay?"
The Duum lifted a heavy boulder. The disabled guard lay peacefully. [I don't like those dead people who rise up without warning and begin to take revenge: I'm sorry, friend.] A broken shell smeared with something odorous was thrown nearby. Out of the corner of his eye, the Duum noticed the underdeveloped embryos of snakes.
"Mom, we're cold! Mo-o-o-om!" two ringing voices tore the mind of the Duum, "We want to live! Why did a man kill us, Mom? Why did the butcher take our souls, Mom? Someone, warm us up! Save us!!!"
The view of the Duum turned gray. The mushrooms on the head grew rapidly and burst, burst and sprayed black blood from under the scalp.
The mushroom forest around was filled with acidic colors. Many distorted monsters were playing and frolicking.
"Keep us warm!!! Warm our souls!"
[Why are you desecrating nature, people?] the Samon suddenly "spoke". [Why do you take more than you need to survive? You don't even spare your own kind. You kill for fun. For the sake of satisfying low needs like greed. For the sake of indulging in low sins.]
"Hehe, what philosophical hallucinations I have. Animals also kill for fun. Nature is no more just than man. So what if a person takes away from nature what he needs? Within reasonable limits, any act is permissible. I thought you asked: "Biga pa Nat Samae?" I will answer: "Yes, your Nat Samae is broken. I broke it!"
Knock! A huge crack went through the temple. The guardian's head split into halves, revealing numerous oddly shaped parts.
The Duum took refuge among the spring mushrooms. Crossing the forest with hallucinations is a disastrous idea. It was necessary to wait until the pae finally stabilizes, and the mind takes clarity.
Rain fell in the mushroom forest. The water washed the black blood from the Duum's hair. The sounds of the forest, except for the raindrops, subsided, for the great guardian of the forest was ingloriously destroyed by the Duum.
[Bravo, King Duum! Bravo!]
