I was standing outside the ICU room, she was behind the curtain. Many emotions were coming out, and my tears were not ready to stop. I wished I would have some magic so that I could save her, but this would never ever possible in this cruel world.

"Why do God always against to me and her?"

"Had we done something wrong to anyone that the things were going on like this, to us?"

INSIDE THE ICU....

With a heavy heart, I went inside and saw her last time clearly so that I could remember her forever. Her eyes were closed and mouth was little open. Her face turned into pale. It was the most horrifying moment of my life. I wished I could reverse the time but impossible.

I sat beside her and placed her hands on my hands and stroke it gently. I wished I could hug her, but I couldn't. Even, I didn't know what I was going to do right now might be right or wrong but I had to do it. It was for the sake of my children and my lovely wife. She was the best mother for my children. I knew that she would break into pieces but she would definitely handle it as she was my strong and brave wife. I didn't want her to leave me so early. I had tried so so many ways to help her, to help us in these problems but miserably failed. I whispered slowly to her.

"We will meet soon. So, wait for me and our life will not be again like this. We are two different person to others but we are one soul with two heart which will always realize the presence to us when it beats. We just need to close our eyes and place our hand to our heart and feel it." I told her with a sad smile and had tears in my eyes.

Then, I heard doctor and he said to me politely.

"It's time over now. Come outside." doctor said.

I let go off her hands and placed it gently, so it would not hurt. I gently kissed on her forehead.

"Live for us, for our children. I'm always with you." I said and saw her last time before the operation started.

ON THE OTHER SIDE...

She was unconscious but she dreamt like her husband was talking to her and going far away from her. She was telling him not to go but he was just smiling at her and going into a white light. She was unable to do anything because her body was not responding. She wanted to say something to him but her voice was not coming out of her mouth. Not only that, but she was numb and tears were coming out of her eyes. Furthermore, she wanted to run to him and hold his hands to stop him from running away but she couldn't. Her heart was pounding and she was feeling uneasy right then. Suddenly, the white light turned into a thin air and disappeared.

"NO"

MEANWHILE.....

"Are you sure about your decision?" doctor asked because he had never seen this type of couple who could do anything for each other. It was rare for him to see.

"Yes, doctor. I'm sure and this is my final decision." I said to him with so much difficulty due to continuous crying.

"Doctor, Please save her." I said to him with my joining hands.

"I will try my best to save her life." doctor paused and placed his hand on my shoulder and said.

"You are the best world best husband and best dad from my perspective. They are lucky to have such an understanding man." doctor said proudly.

It did not make any sense for me now. If that was actually type of character or nature in me, maybe she was not at ICU in the hospital just because of my carelessness. Then, I went along with doctor and he was telling me something but couldn't properly listen because my mind went blank.......
