Everything went by so fast. I did not even feel the hours after it was decided that we will ask help from a private investigator. I met both the P.I and the guard that will be tailing me.
This seemed to have put both our parents at ease. I also realized that Emily and Henry were actually worried for Ed. I know that Ed might be placed in danger because of me and this made me guilty.
"I think it is best if we stop seeing each other for the meantime." I told Ed the moment that we were alone.
He looked at me as if I started growing horns.
"If this is you thinking that I will be hurt or in trouble because of you. Or that you want to protect me and those you love. You better drop it. If you will stop seeing me to protect me then are you going to leave your family behind?" He grilled me without any warning.
I was stumped. I did not know that he could see through me that well. Damn! This man is tough.
