Supreme Student Council

" I will become the student council President and I'm gonna change the law of this school period." Arking Arc King Zobel also known as Arking is the badboy of the academy. He breaks rules and skip classes if he wants.And Arking is in the top list of The Supreme Student Council book of Returner. It means that he will return another year because of his violation of the school rules. However, there is a big problem of the Supreme Student Council. The President of the Council was in coma because of a car accident. They need an acting president for the council and the council was in chaos before the president got the accident.
