Samantha and Ethan waited for the doctor to examine Laila. She had passed out on Samantha's shoulder inside the police station. They rushed immediately taking her to the hospital which was closet to the station road and asked the doctor to check her.
It was after twenty minutes the doctor came out and they both rushed to talk to him.
"How is she doctor?" Samantha asked with concern.
Doctor let out a sigh and asked them to follow in his cabin. Agreeing him they went to his cabin and settled on the chair in front of his desk.
"Have she been harassed physically even before?" came doctors words.
Samantha and Ethan who had no clue shook their head. It was not something like they were close to be called as friends even in first place.
"We don't know that doctor. She is just a colleague with whom we work" Ethan said as he did feel anything wrong to tell that to him.
