Laila was alerted by the seriousness in Samantha's voice. She could tell that her plan has started to work. She had purposely hugged Ethan because she had seen Samantha rushing to her room from the hallway.
She just wanted to create drift between them both and she could tell she had manage to do that. She could see the glint of jealously passing through Samantha's eyes even if she didn't show it it was clear with the words she said.
'Time to play the victim card again' Laila said to her self and opened her mouth.
"I can't live this life Samantha. I feel disgusted of myself.. that man's face keep flashing in front of me and the way he touched me made me remember how dirty I am.." she cried out her fake tears which made Samantha soften her heart.
She reached her hand to pat Laila's head and pulled her to hug as she tried to console her..
