I froze like winter itself. I couldn't find the words to describe my feelings. The ground did not swallow me even though I pleaded to the gods. They should have taken me away. Queen Alissa was the one who broke the silence. She wanted me to feel at ease.
"Don't worry about it, we won't tell the emperor unless you want?" She told me. "We knew about it the first day you came. Queen Vida told me that Eva was blonde with blue eyes, there is no way you could be her with dark hair and green eyes."
"We were all shocked" Queen Vida continued on her behalf. "So, queen Alissa told me to keep quiet because you hated the king. Which means you were brought here against your wish. I kept quiet but we told the Minister too."
