William had spent a good amount of weeks, thinking about his prior entanglement with that sect of pink snakes, identifying themselves under the scythe symbol.
He didn't have contact with them for a long while, as they did not attack again. One would think that such freedom, would give the boy enough space to figure everything out, but it was quite the opposite.
The opposing sect had been very secretive to begin with, and were very careful with what they shared. Sure a great portion of the battles included them, and their association with the pyramidal portal which they wanted to enter, but that didn't help make sense of things.
For weeks William questioned himself, "Why did they want to get in my realm? What could they possibly win there?"
He killed a whole group of people within that sect, which was legendary itself because no normal mortal could stand against those manipulators, for too long.
