"Actually, I think you've aged." Mirada said.
That didn't make much sense out of context, but she was on to something. She was a lady who enjoyed trading, through a great portion of her life and therefore developed some unique traits.
She could study faces rather easily, which primarily helped her read the opposition's emotions, but this came with another benefit. Mirada could remember random faces, down to the small details even.
Thanks to that, she could now point out. "You did age, but backwards."
There wasn't a mirror around, and this made things frustrating because she couldn't confirm her words. Victor was curious regardless, so he rushed upwards to the basement and found a big mirror, which had its wooden casing both rotten and broken up in a couple of spots.
"Aha… I see what you mean." He slightly shouted, and kept touching his face to reconfirm everything.
Later, he added. "I lost a bunch of that gross, white hair!"
