"It has no purpose, huh?" William asked.
He didn't know what that meant, obviously, but there was a lot of room to explore here. They had time, especially since the surroundings were safe. They could ponder things over, at an indepth scale!
"No purpose, at all. This thing is just floating around now, so maybe you actually can shut it down." Mirada followed along.
Given the opportunity, a wave of silence stretched out. They had to hone their ideas, and conjure a proper solution; While at the same time, they had to consider if a solution was even necessary.
The blind folk would not expect this change. They'd storm down here with the thought in mind, that an eternal portal awaited them. If they found something weaker here instead, their plans would simply collapse.
William already had the upper advantage, and he loved Mirada dearly because of her intervention. Being one step ahead however, suddenly didn't sound like enough, though.
