It took William no time at all to find those little pink, nukenian lizards, but it didn't seem like they wanted to share any useful information.
The boy found four of these unique species already, he just had to dive within the water-filled tunnels once more, in order to meet them in their habitat. Anyway, even though they didn't refuse to transmit their thoughts, these creatures apparently loved to play with words!
It would even be fair to question their intelligence. Oe second they sounded pretty smart, and a blink later their entire sentences came out as halfly gibberish, but utterly incomprehensible!
It was even more confusing, considering that the whole pack of these two-limbed creatures, spoke all at the same time!
"Nukenia is our mother, our giver of light and life." The lizard which William knew the most, spoke out.
At the same time, another one of these creatures cited. "Don't take our mother, leave her here, we'll die if you take her."
