It just took a few seconds for William to land on the other side of the large wall, he didn't have a rough impact thankfully. With Mirada on his arms, they landed right on top of a cube-like, stone house!
The cricket leap ability softened most of the landing, so now they had space to worry about other things. Sure the hug they had sunk into was comfortable, but a few shiny items which suddenly whistled across the sky, didn't let them enjoy the moment!
"All that pep talk, and they don't even care to protect all these bastards here?" The boy mumbled.
With yet another leap, he dashed out of the way, and could already hear how tens of spears crashed against the stone house's roof! At least forty spears had slammed across the site, and they managed to hit everything but the targeted culprits, hilariously!
